Sagar Resort

The resort is well-located near Hadimba Devi Temple, offering peaceful surroundings and easy access to key spots in Manali. On the plus side, it's budget-friendly. Good for location, but not ideal if you're expecting comfort. However, the stay was let down by poor maintenance--no hot water, non-functional Wi-Fi, low-pressure toilet flush, and a hot tub without a stopper. The restaurant starts service only after 8 AM, which can be inconvenient. Further although the restaurant menu shows non-veg options, the staff informed that only veg options are served.

This is an honest review. Hindi mai bhi kehrha hu asli aur genuine review. Don't go there , not with friends, not with family, not as a couple. Because it is an old property, probably renovated more than 25-30 yrs old. But the property as per the staff is 50-60 yrs old. It is not safe spiritually, there are a-lot of negative energies inside. The moment you enter you can feel the energies. Even if you try to distract, it will come to you in many ways, the silence, the smell, the old school rooms with no facility, lighting etc. the hotel is not maintained also. Staff was good but probably they are working for their bread otherwise nothing was happy about that hotel. Constant anxiety and fear could be felt inside the air. I stayed in a room with a mirror in front of the bed which is not considered good in terms of energies. I managed to cover it somehow yet while sleeping, me and my friend had bad dreams, not one but multiple that were related to all of our insecurities because negative energies attract to such things. I had a poor sleep. And was waking in middle of my sleep multiple times. Hence it is not recommended. Plus i saw some reviews about room no. 226 about being haunted, not sure about it though. I was staying in room 211. Spend more money and get a better place for yourselves. I booked it in the last minute online around 8 pm. I am taking this time out to aware you guys because i thought this was necessary. I hope it helps

Spacious rooms, but in horrible condition. Smelly, cold (no heater), rotten bathroom, no towels, toilet paper, soap or whatsoever, poor wifi and it seems they don't even change the linings. Some rooms don't even have water in toilets. Some have broken taps. Very cheap though. And, they were kind enough to return all the payment in cash, when we decided not to stay.

Staff is polite and humble,resort is specious and with good view of the valley. 10 min walking from mall road by auto only 100rs You have to keep gyser on all day and wait for 15 min after every use. Food is reasonably priced bed size is big.

Budget hotel with basic amenities located in peaceful area of Manali, away from mall road. Food is delicious but the rooms are dated, need refurbishment. Staff is fine though not very courteous. You need to ask for basic things like clean bedsheets/towels etc then they will provide.

Hello maam this is a personal feedback to you. Although apart from all the problems which we have faced in your property you know. What you dont know may is also about your staff at the hotel the person named AMIT who works in the kitchen is the creepiest person i have ever made. That person came to provide us the crockery in the room where i was with my gf and while we told him to wait he opened the gate while at the same time my gf was changing even after letting him know he stood there and he was smiling. I complained at the reception but no one was there to tell him anything. And i mean maam could you even imagine after everything your staff property and altogether was terrible experience among all of that only person who was keep trying and that was vinay only. I hope with this feedback you get to know about the AMIT being creepy and rudest person i have ever met because even he did not said sorry he was busy defending that he was right.

Worst experience ever. The service is too poor, bathroom ceiling was leaking, when asked for extra blankets, they denied. Given blankets so thin you will die of cold. A small heater provided at additional cost that dies because no electricity, are you kidding me? No generators working for electricity, ate dinner and everything in dark room, gave just one candle to light the room, and when asked if any lamp is available they denied. Dont waste your time here, and dont get fooled by online photos or reviews. Staff behaviour was very rude.

Dirty room, Sheets, linens. When asked many times, quilt was given but that too in single and In the bathroom, there are taps of Baba Adam's era. To flush, turn them with full force and then water will come in the flush. Two rooms were separated by a door. No privacy. Sounds were heard from adjoining room. They are defaming the name of the great Ramanand Sagar.
