Had comfortable stay, the room was very spacious, Its best for family and friends to book as it offers great options and amenities within budget. They have huge garden, play area and its based at a great location. Ideal for marriages. The backdrop and scenery is worth viewing it. It has river and mountain view both. The staff are very helpful and the manager was very polite. He gave us the tour of the amazing property. We tried their buffet dinner and breakfast and they had spread good variety and tasty dishes. They serve chinese, north indian and south indian cuisines and have a ala carte menu.

- Total Disaster! Never Staying Here Again! I had the worst hotel experience of my life at Royal Park Resort, Manali. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had made a huge mistake. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping with our queries, he argued and ignored us. The room was dirty, bedsheets were stained, the bathroom smelled awful, and even basic amenities like towels and toilet paper were missing. We had to call multiple times for anything, and still got no proper service. The room service is pathetic - zero response and zero manners. And the food? Cold, tasteless, and served after hours of delay. What they show in the photos is fake - the real condition of the hotel is horrible. It's like staying in a cheap lodge, not a "resort." The staff seemed totally disinterested in doing their jobs. No hospitality, no cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money. Our vacation mood was completely ruined because of this place. Please don't waste your money here. There are much better hotels in Manali. I regret booking this one. Avoid Royal Park Resort at all costs!

The place is too good. It's centrally heated. The room service and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The view from the room was good. The only issue i faced was getting a cab from the hotel. The hotel has some contacts with the cab service but at the peak time or at the times of traffic jam you may face issues in getting a cab. You can always go for a walk on the road and search for a taxi or auto. Otherwise this is the best property.
