New Hadimba Retreat, Mall Road Manali

Quarrelsome staff, old furniture, doors not locking, arrogant management. No manners to talk to customers. Hot water not available. Very bad location, road very bad no proper directions to reach hotel. NEVER GO ON THIS HOTEL .No manners to talk to customers. Staff misbehaved and use abuse words. Do not trust photos .they just try to show glossy pics but horrible experience .not safe . road was not made towards hotel .never visit this hotel.

A nice place to stay and having best services provided by the hotel employee. Very friendly behaviour of staff and manager. Nice view from hotel from all the sides. Lunch & Dinner is very tasty.

My experience at New Hadimba Retreat was disappointing. The hotel lacks basic cleanliness, with smelly hallways and poorly maintained rooms. The location is inconvenient, as it's tucked away in narrow galis without any proper view of the surroundings. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and creepy, making the stay uncomfortable and unsafe. Food quality was terrible (2/5), and even activities like bonfire arrangements were poorly managed. This hotel is far from being a luxury stay--it's one I wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you're planning a trip to Manali, I suggest looking for better options elsewhere.

NO NEVER go on this hotel. Horrible experience and worst staff. staff misbehave ,use abuse word , they are behaved like the owner of the hotel, the way or road to the hotel is not good and sleepy and damaged, your car can sleep, no cleanliness and no clean bathrooms and bedsheets, you can sleep in road or pass the night in mall road .Never go in this hotel .

The rooms are neat and clean . Location is just 400m from Mall Road very easy access to Mall Road. And the most important thing is the food that is very delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone
