I usually don't write hotel reviews, but our experience at hotel Montana Blue, Manali was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to outstanding service, delicious food tailored to our tastes and prepared according to our specific requirements, impeccable room service, and a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. I feel compelled to share my feedback, as it's undoubtedly the best hotel we've ever stayed at the right price. The staff's warm hospitality, constant availability of hot water, and special touches like the campfire night with songs made our stay truly unforgettable. And, as a lovely gesture, they even provided complimentary breakfast for our child.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful overall experience. The hotel's location is decent; however, the access road is in poor condition and could use significant improvement. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a beautiful view from the balcony. One of the highlights of our stay was the live music every evening, which created a pleasant and relaxing ambiance. The staff deserves special mention for their honesty and exceptional cooperation throughout our stay. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings, particularly in terms of taste and variety. Additionally, basic amenities such as bathroom slippers and access to hot drinking water should be provided, especially in the budget rooms. Overall, this is a decent and comfortable place to stay with great hospitality and a few areas that, if improved, could enhance the guest experience even further.

Great place to enjoy your vacation in Manali. Great view with excellent service by staff. Rooms are clean, specious. Staff are also polite and very quick at their service. Excellent food and great vibes. Hotel also provides born fire, music with great ambiance

The team went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute accommodation at Montana Blues, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The property itself was stunning, with a beautiful snow-covered lawn and a breathtaking backdrop of mountains--just as we had envisioned. The service was exceptional, and we were especially grateful for Nareshji, who was always available, even during late-night requests. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They quickly arranged heaters and sofas for our wedding ceremony at the last minute, ensuring our guests were comfortable despite the cold weather. The food was absolutely delicious and served hot, even in the harsh winter conditions. We were also impressed by the reliable power backup, which ensured we had no issues throughout our stay. Overall, Montana Blues exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service and hospitality, I highly recommend booking this hotel. I have recently went on a trip to Manali where I have booked the room in this Montana Blue resorts by Snow city , the location is very good , view into the mountains directly from this resort and from balcony of the Rooms provided. They have restaurant as well the food taste is too good. Very reasonable prices for the rooms and food. Hot water is available 24/7. They have travel help desk for local sight seeing and for all other places throughout Manali and for other states they can Arrange.

Our year-end vacation at the property was a memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, granting us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the quality of the food was excellent. We also highly recommend the local sightseeing cab service facilitated by Happy Ji at the travel desk. He provided us with an outstanding service with both local sightseeing & taxi to Shimla at an affordable price.
