I & my wife had an amazing experience at Mastiff Xanadu, Manali. The staff, from top to bottom, were exceptional in their service, always maintaining good conduct and behaviour, which made our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Chef Mr. Ram for the delicious food, every dish was flavourful and well-prepared. Waiter Rohit also provided outstanding service, ensuring that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Manali with top-notch hospitality and tasty food!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were absolutely incredible, providing us with exceptional care and attention. This being our first trip as a married couple, Mastif Xanadu made us feel completely at ease. The view from our room was breathtaking, offering the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The food was exceptional, with dishes like chili chicken, omelet, tea, coffee, and more. A must-try is their poori bhaji! Ironically, despite being non-vegetarians, we were impressed by the extensive variety of vegetarian options as well. Kudos to the talented cook for crafting such delightful meals. A special thanks to the team for their prompt and thoughtful assistance when my wife wasn't feeling well. Despite the usual checkout time being 11 am, they graciously allowed us to stay until 5 pm, showcasing their genuine care for their guests.
