Mastiff Grand Manali Resort

Buffet is excellent with great tasting food. Fresh food on demand and excellent service and very helpful staff.|Hotel is in a great location just few kilometres away from the centre of the city of Manali. Views from the hotel along with the top rooms are amazing with the River Beas and mountainous views all along. Games room to play with family makes it a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful holiday with this hotel stay. This is one of the best hotel I have stayed. Sight to behold from this hotel . Glacier river at the back of the hotel is so beautiful. All services from this hotel is excellent. Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.

The facilities available and provided are brilliant and always on time the staff is very cooperative.Especially food breakfast and dinner were very delicious and up to the mark.Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.River side facing of the hotel make it more special and mind-blowing as shown in the photos provided below. Good place to stay. Near mall road but away from the traffic of the town. Ample parking space. Quick service. Well behaved and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Good view. Food is average.

We just stayed in this property couple of days back. It's a good and cozy one. Staffs are excellent. Food is very tasty.

I had a great stay at Mastiff Grand Manali Resort. The service was excellent, food was delicious, and the staff interaction was warm and professional. I truly appreciate their honesty--they safely couriered my forgotten jacket worth 4000 to Mumbai. Such trustworthy service really impressed me. I'll definitely visit again, next time with my parents!

Overall I will rate this place 4/5. Let's breakdown the review in 3 parts : 1) Rooms : So the rooms were nice and clean. Well occupied with heater and also hair dryer, geaser,etc . Bed was also comfortable. Room service guy was really friendly and polite. 2) Food: We had in-house breakfast and dinner. I would say if you are visiting this place and then you have to stick to their timings as they are very punctual and won't allow you to eat outside their specific times. If you are late by 10mins then too you will miss your food. They have strict timings . Food quality was good but could have taste better. 3)Views: Views from this place are really awesome. It was situated beside a lake which was completely dried up when we visited. Otherwise it would have been more beautiful. So overall it's 4/5
