Wonderful Stay in Manali with Stunning Views and Delicious Food I recently stayed at this hotel in Manali and had an amazing experience. The biggest highlight was the breathtaking view of the mountains and valleys right from the room - absolutely serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and attentive throughout the stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Another standout feature was the food - it was fresh, flavorful, and offered a good variety of options. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and added to the overall experience. The scenic surroundings, warm hospitality, and delicious food more than make up for it. It's an ideal spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and indulge in some great local cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Manali and looking for a stay that combines comfort, great service, and beautiful views.

It's amazing experience with Mars resort and cottage. Location is very good. Cleanliness and services are really appreciable. It is situated in the beauty of nature. Hospitality is commendable. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Breakfast and dinner was really delicious . We must visit again to the Mars resort and cottage.

Hotel Review - Manali Trip (April 2025) Rating: 1/5 We recently stayed at this hotel in Manali with family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. Here's a breakdown: Pros: Rooms: The rooms were decent in terms of size and cleanliness. Balcony View: Definitely opt for the mountain-facing balcony--it's the only highlight. Room Service: Service to the rooms was fair enough, not great but manageable. Cons: Not Kid-Friendly: If you're traveling with children, bring your own milk or curd. A 200ml glass of milk is charged at Rs. 100, which is unreasonably high. No Lift: Despite being a 3-floored building, there's no lift, making it tough for elderly people or families with kids. Unhygienic Kitchen: The kitchen is in terrible condition--full of flies and bees. I strongly advise not to look at it if you want to keep your appetite. Poor Food Options: No English breakfast--no fruits, cornflakes, or bakery items like cakes. Food is extremely spicy, even after asking for mild versions. Tea is loaded with sugar, and they don't accommodate requests for less sugar or spice. Wi-Fi Issues: They claim Wi-Fi is available on every floor, but it only works near the reception. No Electricity Backup: In case of a power cut, there's no generator, which is unacceptable for a hotel in a hilly region. Unprofessional Booking Experience: We booked through #Accurate Holidays who asked for payment via Paytm/GPay. Later, they demanded an extra Rs. 500 in cash for GST, which was never mentioned beforehand. Completely unprofessional. Staff Behavior: Rude and dismissive. They don't listen to customer feedback or concerns, especially regarding food or service. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone--especially not to families with kids or elderly people. It was an unpleasant stay, with unprofessional staff and poor facilities. Definitely not worth the money

Terrible experience! Rooms were dirty, the service was pathetic, and the staff was rude.. Definitely not worth the price! The worst resort I've ever stayed at. Disorganized check-in, dirty rooms, and unhelpful staff. I wouldn't recommend this place Stay away! The hotel looks good from the outside, but the service is horrible. Our room was never cleaned properly, and the staff ignored. Disappointing stay. "Absolutely the worst experience. Rooms were full of insects. I'd never come back."

Horrible hotel, very poor food quality, slow service, not enough staff, Room was not at all clean, utensils in dining area very messy. Not at all advisable to book room here. I think the hotel owner doesn't want to run business.

The location is good but the service of the hotel is very slow. It took us 10 minutes to get the roti. The quality of the food is also very average. The service is very slow. They did not even give hot water to drink.

Food was not up to the mark overall hotel rooms are nice & location is also nice
