KHUSHBOO RESORTS

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Nothing fancy but quite comfortable. We spent only a few hours here to take a break from travel. Value for money for the amount spent.

Decent place. We had to spend just 3 hours because we were rushing to Delhi as India and Pak were at war. We had traveled from Leh to Manali for 14 hours and reached this place at 4:30 am. The rooms were clean and neat and warm. Perfect for a quick sleep of 3 hours. Breakfast we got bread butter and bread jam. There was one more option of poori bhaaji which we didn't try.

I'm disappointed with my experience at this hotel due to the rude behaviour of the staff and owner. Instead of being helpful and welcoming, they were dismissive and unprofessional when we raised concerns. It's unfortunate because the property has potential, but the poor customer service completely overshadowed our stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting warm and respectful hospitality

I recently stayed at Khushboo Resort, booked through Dripper Hub, and it was the worst resort experience I've had in India. The basic services expected in the hospitality industry, such as cleanliness and courteous staff, were entirely absent. The most appalling aspect was the manager. Despite his claim of having 28-29 years of experience, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no regard for guest feedback. If you prefer self-service and have no expectations for genuine hospitality, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this hotel at all costs. The food, which was highly praised by Travel Agent, did not live up to its reputation. They have repeatedly same menu and same taste you will have in all the dishes. Overall, my Manali trip was deeply disappointing, marred by the poor experience at Khushboo Resort. The only positive aspect was the driver arranged for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was an amazing experience overall . The stay was good and worth it the amount of money that we had spent. Food was good not far from the city centre next to some amazing hotels. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff (Suresh & other too) was good and no delay in service. Go for it

Pros: We had stayed for 2 nights. Nice hotel & very friendly staff. Location of the hotel is good. View from hotel room was very good. Spacious & clean bathroom. Food was also good. All requests will be fulfilled respectfully. Cons: There is no lift so incase aged people are there you might have to think. Credit card is not accepted. However Cash, Gpay, PhonePe, online account transfers are accepted. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and if the cons mentioned above does not matter i would definitely recommend this hotel. Have provides some pics of hotel and view from hotel. Have rated 4 cause of the cons mentioned above else would have been 5.
