Such a pleasant experience. Staff behaviour amazing and such a cool and calm place. Rooms were very spacious . Neat and clean with a breathtaking view. Food is also very good in taste. 100% recommend if you visit Manali then go to Kapalin Resorts. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul for giving us nice hospitality services.

Kapalin Resort and Spa in Manali is a great place for couples looking for a peaceful stay. The resort has beautiful mountain views, and we loved sitting on the balcony, sipping tea, and enjoying the fresh air.||The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, making our stay even more special. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. One of the highlights of our trip was the candlelight dinner setup they arranged for us. It was beautifully done, adding a magical touch to our experience.||If you are planning a trip to Manali, I highly recommend this resort. It's a perfect spot for couples to relax and enjoy a time together. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again!

If you're planning to stay, just go for it! The staff here is amazing, and you'll feel right at home. Special mention to Abdul bhai and Aditya--their hospitality is top-notch, and they ensure you have a hassle-free stay. The food is absolutely delicious--fresh, clean, and flavorful. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service is excellent, and the bonfire experience adds a perfect touch to the stay. Highly recommended!

1. Rooms:Rooms were good and have good view from balcony. 5 star for this 2. Service: Services was not up to the mark. Housekeeping never pick up the call. I need to call atleast 3 to 4 times for any work. 1 star for this. 3. Food: Food was very pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to have food at this place. I purcahsed bread and butter from outside and consumed in dinner. Even during breakfast they are using margarine instead of butter. 1 star for this 4. Location: Hotel is situated very far from main road. It is very difficult to access anything near by without vechile. But view of nature was excellent. Overall I will recommend to find any other hotel to stay if u want to have good food also.

Rooms are spacious bit oversized. Itna bada room is of no use. Gamezone, gym is under maintenance you cannot use. View from the room is awesomehowever the Lift moves very slowly and the food they provide in buffet is not of good quality. The food is served cold, the food options are limited and tasteless. My wife and daughter suffered from vomiting and diarohhea due to the food quality issues. Mr Dharmendra served us well and he is quiet good at his services. Overall i didn't like the stay at this hotel. Will not recommend the hotel for stay at Manali.

I had a very disappointing experience at your hotel. The linens were unclean, the staff was unprofessional and unresponsive, and the overall management was highly disorganized. Reception did not answer calls, making it difficult to address concerns. I strongly urge you to improve cleanliness, staff training, and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Kapalin Resort and Spa for 3 days and were thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to basic needs. The food quality was particularly appalling--far below expectations for a 4-star property. Meals lacked freshness and flavor, leaving us quite dissatisfied. For a resort of this caliber, such negligence is unacceptable. Given the reputation and price of this place, we had higher hopes, but our stay turned out to be far from pleasant. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience in Manali.
