Hotel silverland - Manali

NOTE: *DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOUR ARE WILLING TO SPEND PEACEFUL VACATION* Unethical Behaviour with Guests, the Housekeeper literally started to fight with us for asking for a spoon,glass & plate for eating.The kitchen guys were so misbehaved that they started coming upon us to fight for the same like as we are taking there plates back with us to our home or something Service was very poor, Room was unclean. They didn't even clean the washroom properly. The geyser was not working. Room service not available at all everything we used to go down & ask them, they start shouting at us.Lights were not working only one single dim light was working. All our trip was so good but just because the wrong choice of hotel made our trip so miserable.

The service of the place was below average. There was no hot water availability and sometimes no water at all. They said they will provide breakfast but we got it only on day two that too after so many struggles and waiting. The behavior of staffs were also rude. Not recommended if you want a tension free manali days .

We had an amazing experience here. From the first step to our check out, everything was great! If you ask me, I loved their food!! It is really hard to find something good in the mountains and they have outdone it! I would recommend everyone to come here with their family and you will never feel disappointed. Hats off to them. Thanks

Located just opposite of private bus stop at Manali highway, the hotel is great, with budget friendly rooms @500Rs in October 2024. However room service is not so good. Staffs are polite but inefficient. Overall great for the price.

link way /silver land doing adjustment in sharing rooms It is near to the manali bus station but unclean room,durty bed sheets,dusty floor,bad behaviour people working there and the bad head manager is very poor in handling problems of people living in their rooms . they offer hot water in bath room but not working after checkin there offer breakfast but they don't provide it after check in.They have only a closed kitchen from years we think whenever we go to them to discuss the room's problem they just ignore it and we are doing it again and again easily breakable door,no privacy in rooms their window are opening to the staircase,and not working tv dusty rooms please don't take room from them

Worst possible hotel in the whole world Rudest staff. Food just as bad. If you ever happen to have the bad luck of booking go 100 metres down the road you'll find a million times better hotel
