Hotel Old Manali Retreat

Room was good and spacious but not clean, Specially bathroom. Staffs are not welcoming and seem rude. Food was not good. Didn't enjoyed here. PS: location on Google is not correct please contact hotel before reaching

The worst hotel stay of my life. The hospitality management is 0. Not a single staff have the basic knowledge of how to treat guests. Hairs all over bed and in room. Trash all over in room and they are not ready to clean it on the time of check-in. Be safe and avoid stay here to maintain your dignity as a guest.

Outstanding services. Owners guide their customers well in case of emergencies. Karam Bharadwaj was able to help us in tough conditions. Food is amazing along with good views in the rooms. Overall we had an amazing experience here!!! Recommending everyone.

The stay in this hotel was fabulous and the service was also nice, even the taste of the food was nicee and yummy.

Amazing experience of staying in this hotel. Karam Bharadwaj from the staff was very humble and polite. Orange alert was issued when we stayed here. Hotel staff has guided us in the best way to reach Delhi. Breakfast and dinner was top notch keeping in mind people from every region I would suggest everyone to choose this hotel when visiting delhi

Old Manali Retreat is must recommended to everyone for their manali trip. Their services are outstanding along with the food. The rooms are neat and clean along with good views from balcony. Amazing experience at the place.

please never choose this hotel ... they don't have manner to deal with customer.. fake attitude. No service.. fake possitive reviews added by their own staff ..it's very cheap hotel.. worst experience ever.. not safe for family ..
