Hotel Mountain Pearl

A very good hotel with good food, I have stay their for three days, rooms are neat and clean,all hegine this hotel has maintain in their rooms. A big specious room all basic require amenities. Staff are polite and helpfull. ||A must visit hotel if you coming to Manali.

Our stay at Hotel Mountain Pearl was a mix of highs and lows. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the stunning view from the balcony, which offered a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains. It was truly serene and made our mornings special. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The food quality was below expectations, lacking flavor and freshness. On top of that, the hotel charges extra even for basic necessities like water, which felt unreasonable and frustrating. To make matters worse, the condition of the washrooms was unacceptable. The facilities were poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and a non-functional flush. This was highly inconvenient and left us questioning the overall upkeep of the property. While the location and views are remarkable, the poor food quality, hidden charges, and lack of proper maintenance severely impacted our experience. We hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better stay for future guests.

Mountain perl is gem for staying in manali. Everything was perfect. Room cleaning, food quality, receptionist behaviour helped me in early check in. Complementary flowers decorations, candles lights dinner and cake cutting celebrations they helped and provided everything. Try out once you'll be thankful

Room was good... staff were very cooperative and good in behaviour.. overall it was a decent experience there.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with family. Hotels are very luxurious comfortable clean hyginic, hotels stuffs are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast & dinner is awesome very very tasty. The view from the hotel balcony is mind blowing, I will highly recommend anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager demonstrated a complete lack of basic hospitality. First, due to miscommunication from their end, they ended up booking the wrong hotel for me. Then, while we were having food in our room, they asked us to leave abruptly. Hotel Bodh International and Mountain Pearl have the same phone number for bookings on Google Maps. For anyone booking directly, make sure to clarify the hotel you're reserving. I booked a room in hotel having a good river view and ended up in a hotel room with no good view in the middle of crowded place.
