link way /silver land doing adjustment in sharing rooms It is near to the manali bus station but unclean room,durty bed sheets,dusty floor,bad behaviour people working there and the bad head manager is very poor in handling problems of people living in their rooms . they offer hot water in bath room but not working after checkin there offer breakfast but they don't provide it after check in.They have only a closed kitchen from years we think whenever we go to them to discuss the room's problem they just ignore it and we are doing it again and again easily breakable door,no privacy in rooms their window are opening to the staircase,and not working tv dusty rooms please don't take room from them

The staffs are friendly ,very nice view with good food and services.It enhaces the travelling experience and it is budget friendly.

Pathetic rooms , worst room and no service at all

Worst hotel ever visited. Rooms and Hotel lobby are not clean. There is everywhere the smell of liquor and cigarettes in the hotel. There was rain at night and the hotel lobby had water everywhere. Hotel food is very bad and services are very slow. Not recommended to visit.

Fantastic experience and service you offered our family, we will make sure we come again. Each and every staff members, especially restaurant staff served us extremely well, super attentive & kind to us. U all have been smiling since we came here. Guys do not ever book this hotel, service is poor I called up reception at 7am in the morning nobody picks up the phone, no kittle for warm water, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, rooms are very very small. Just for a river view they are charging 4k to 5k. We booked 2 rooms at 16k for 2days. I guess you can get better options at this price Yesterday on 23rd dec one of the family group who booked 4 rooms cancelled their booking and did not checked in when they saw the actual rooms. Food quality is ok ok, they are charging 130 rs for a plate of poha quantity only one person can eat. No powerbackup not even emergency powerbackup Bakwas ambience, TV remote does work no door mat, no towels unless u ask for it.

Cheating hotel.20 days before i booked 2 room from this hotel then i paid advance 1500 also. Yesterday I came to hotel for check in. Hotel person said room not available we are already informed like that he said. I didn't not received any message from hotel side. Season time they cancel my booking. They get more money that's why cancel my booking. Very very worst behaviour. Cheating hotel.
