Hotel Cherry Manali

It was an overall amazing experience staying here at hotel cherry manali . Everything went smoothly from checkin experience to checkout room service,food and cleanliness. Location is nearby to hadimba temple. We stayed there for 5 night's literally just mesmerizing and amazing stay. Place was so quiet away from Chaos of mall road and vehicles, very peaceful and relaxing stay

I'd say this is the best hotel in all of Himachal, let alone Manali. First of all, the rooms are super luxurious with all the basic amenities. The family suite is absolutely huge and their valleyview rooms offer very nice sceneries. Secondly, the staff and the service was super pleasant throughout our stay which lasted 4 days. Thirdly, the food, especially the breakfast was delicious and ample each and every day. Their tea is the best i have ever had. No complaints howsoever.

The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired. The bedsheet was not clean, appeared unwashed, and hadn't been changed. Bath towels had visible stains, and the pillow covers had a few strands of hair, which was disappointing. Bathroom hygiene also needs improvement, and the hot water supply is inconsistent, lasting only a few minutes. Additionally, there's no heater in the room unless you pay extra, which is inconvenient in colder weather. On the positive side, the location is great, and the overall experience was decent. However, the food was just average. With better attention to cleanliness and amenities, this hotel could be much more enjoyable.
