The best part is it located near market approx 10 minutes far and have easy access to local markets and attraction. The in house restaurant serves a good quality food and taste was awesome. Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. I booked it for 3 nights. They alloted me 1 floor room premium type with balcony. One thing I want to mention is their pickup from volvo point manali, was much comfortable . When we reached manali taxi was there, they help us to unload and load the luggage. Thay have ample parking space. Their security guard Mr. Roop Lal was very prompt and humble. My 2 kids enjoyed here a lot, chess, carom, trampoline.

Hill river resort is the one of the best property in manali.i went there for my anniversary they really decorate the room very beautifully.the staff was very good and there behaviour was also very good. They made our day fabulous. They serve food with smile and the food was tasty and fresh and according to the guest they made there dishes was one of the best thing in that property.hill river resort property having all the valley facing view from the rooms. Rooms furniture and cleaning is very good ...very good standards of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hill river resort by West western. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely amazing--delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Will definitely return!

We are very regular and this time we stayed in 302..check in was smooth and excellent.. food quality and quentity is very nice. Very great hotel. It's a very budget friendly hotel and has a restaurant that's open for 24 hours and they make High quality tasty food. Their hospitality is very good and the staff is very polite and always ready to help. Location is also great it's located in a wide road and is near to the main road.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Stay at Hill River Resort (Manali)||||Dear Mr. Prakash,||||I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Hill River Resort (Manali) from March 25, 2025, to March 29, 2025. Given the hotel's 4-star rating, I expected a certain level of service and hospitality, yet my experience was far below acceptable standards.||||Day 1 (March 25, 2025)|| * Despite pre-arranging a bed, none was provided upon arrival.|| * No blanket was available; after over an hour of requesting one, I was informed it had been taken from another hotel and was simply thrown onto the bed.|| * I had to set up and make the bed myself.|| * The bedsheet was tied in knots.|| * After an exhausting day of travel, we arrived between 10-11 PM, making these issues even more frustrating.||||Day 2 (March 26, 2025)|| * No towels, hand towels, or bottled water were provided.|| * Despite requesting room cleaning, these basic necessities were still missing.|| * Once again, I had to ask for them at 11 PM, after another long day.||||Day 3 (March 27, 2025)|| * We returned to the hotel early to relax, only to find that yet again, no towels, hand towels, or bottled water were provided.|| * A pillow in the room had black mold.|| * The blanket had visible blood stains.|| * The shower was barely functional, producing only a weak trickle of water.|| * After reporting the blood-stained blanket, staff inspected it but seemed more focused on analyzing it rather than resolving the issue immediately.||||Overall Experience||||The repeated lack of basic amenities, including clean bedding, water, towels, and a functional shower, is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. Cleanliness and guest comfort should be top priorities, yet my experience was far from satisfactory.|| Should think twice before booking this hotel.

Excellent stay for us. Great rooms with amazing views of the mountains. The food was also tasty. It has a nice play area for children, and gym . Walking around in their garden is a pleasure . The staff is very courteous and helpful.

This is a great hotel. Our family are currently staying here on a weekend getaway. the staff cares much about guests. Its a phenomenal location near Mall Road and all other tourist attraction places ,coupled with great customer service, this property is top notch including all the amenities , kids playing area , full gym access , good parking space and restaurant with great snowy peek mountain and beas river view. In short , our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed a lot .
