Grace Resort and Spa - A Unit of Divine Paradise

Resort is nice, rooms are good. Service is prompt. Food quantity is good. Location is a bit far from Mall road, no approaching road...(Road condition very bad). You can't walk to main road ...you need a vehicle. Otherwise everything is perfect... Improvement - keep some games for kids ..

One of the best hotel I have ever visit with scenic views from the room balcony. The food is also delicious. Rooms are also neat and clean. The reception guy Mr. Ravi is very helpful person.

Had a great experience during my stay here. The rooms were clean with impeccable service. The breakfast and dinner buffets included with stay were absolutely awesome. The only thing that kind of hitch was the road we had to use to reach the resort. Apart from that it was a great stay with an awesome view from the room.

There was a great experience I felt in ur hotel and unforgettable memories. Hotel was well maint and hygiene and sensitization is being followed. Personally, My thanks to Mr Ravi Kumar, front office supervisor. He ensured our all needs which we were reqd there and he also ensured our reqmt time to time. I recently stayed at Grace Hotel in Manali, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a mesmerizing view of the mountains, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking view made the trip even more special. However, I noticed a couple of drawbacks. The rooms lacked heaters, which made it quite uncomfortable during the chilly nights. Additionally, towels were not provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, including the staff's hospitality and the overall ambiance of the hotel. If the hotel can improve these minor shortcomings, it would be a perfect place for a cozy and comfortable stay in Manali.
