Forest View Retreat

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, arranging an early check-in and even providing washroom facilities before we got our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered great value for Rs. 200. The room and bathroom were neat and clean, which added to our comfort. The location is also a major advantage, with the Hadimba Temple, one of the most popular tourist spots, within walking distance. However, there were a few downsides. Room heaters were not included and required an extra charge, which could be inconvenient in colder weather. Although there was a heater in the bathroom, we sometimes faced issues with getting hot water. As for dinner, I tried the fried rice, but personally, the flavor didn't suit me, perhaps because we're used to Kerala-style cuisine. Overall, it was a good experience, and the service and location make it worth recommending despite a few minor inconveniences.

The location is nice but it's approaching road is very havoc. N about room service n location is not upto the mark. Just view is okay

I visited hotel on 9 feb and i stay their for 3 nights the staff was good at serving and behaving nicely to coustomers and give them a best service my experience was very good.

Staff members is very nice I want to share my experience that one day my door is open from inside during sleep but staff Mr Rohit very genuine guy he informed me that our door is not locked from inside.. Mr Rohit is very genuine and helpful in nature

Worst service a hotel can provide Fake and misleading with their prices The person at reception was changing his prices for the heater even after we have informed him that we have confirmed all the things via call before checking in. We have stayed here for 4 days and took heater for 3 days only that too we had to request for a heater several times, broken kettle was given, cupboard was smelling bad, people here are not cooperative at all when asked for bill they said they do nit provide any bills as well. The internet is also a toss here.

The location of the hotel is away from the crowd and traffic, it's peaceful. The rooms are neat and clean, the washroom is up to the mark. The manager was quite helpful. The food is pretty decent, and they will try their best to modify it for your taste. The view from the hotel is splendid. Although, I would suggest to go for top floors, the view can be constricted for some lower floors because of construction.
