Everything is best here , rooms , service , location , food , but still receptionist Nisha made our experience horrible. We are still living in cottage 203 and 204.||We went to so many places in india and outside India. So it's general rule that for any new place we ask at reception. So we did the same thing. By the way we booked hotel through booking.com||We were totally unaware that here construction work was going on Receptionist Nisha didn't even mention about it. We came in manali by car with our kids for 5 days. When we reached they gave us choice because continously drilling sound was coming in nearby rooms. We settled for one room. Then manger upgraded our stay to cottage. Which was quite wonderful experience. We all were happy.||And then we decided to book taxi and not go by our own car so we called at reception. She gave us number of Ajay driver and Ajay gave number to Satish. They were not clear in their terms and conditions. We didn't negotiate anything for any price they quoted. We thought they were nice people and charging correctly. And horrible experience start from here. They have deal with their agents so they will take you there even though you don't like. For paragliding and rafting especially i booked in advance as our friend recommend us before. We informed driver one day before also about place we wanted to go before booking paragliding. They said yes and next day they said they have points to go and can't go beyond that. We said why didn't you tell this before. Instead Satish started badmouthing. His brother Ajay met at kullu point and said do paragliding at dhobi otherwise pepele die where you are going infornt of my kids.||On solang valley also he didn't mention about cable car . They are just making money not thinking about customer ' perspective. Not clear in their talk and cheat people.||Nisha receptionist is so rude she started saying we offered you concession in taxi and nothing related to hotel.||I am saying why things are not clear . Why people are just cheating and totally unapologetic about their behavior.||My whole crux is talk clearly when come to manali. Here lots of fraud and cheating happen in manali. Even if hotel is good receptionist can mislead you in information.||So she turned our good stay into bad experience..||And please bring your slippers , because hotel doesn't provide

We stayed in a cottage at this place for 4 days. We liked everything about the cottage, big rooms, washroom, and big dining and drawing room. Balconies with scenic view. Best thing about this place is , it is around 700 m from the main Mall and still it is so peaceful. In the morning when we used hear the chirping of birds,it was a beautiful moment. Food that we had here, was awesome. I m missing the name of that man, who used to bring food to us,he cooked so perfectly. They might take some time to cook and prepare as it was cooked fresh. Everyone of staff did best to make our stay comfortable jou One thing that is the walk from mall road to resort needs effort, but u can get a rickshaw to reach here if you find it difficult.

The place and location is great. The irish pub is open not only to in house guests but to all. If travelling with children opt for family room in the main building. The only drawback was when we travelled there were renovations going on.

Property is close to mall road yet is quiet enough for a peaceful stay Owners and hotel management staff are very kind and helpful We will visit next year. Thanks

I and my husband have extremely wonderful stay here. The room is beautiful and clean with full furniture including small heater. The garden has variety of plants, tree, flowers. The service is very good, all staffs are pleased and warm. I will return to stay another night here in Banon resorts. We are offered the included breakfast with fresh and good food, home-made jam.

The place is really very beautiful the quality the service the food the location as beyond exceptional it's the best place to stay if you are visiting Manali you get to see the quietness of the mountain and also the hustle bustle of the Mall road. The service as well as exceptional definitely visiting here when I visit in Manali the next time.

The location is perfect--close to Mall Road and Old Manali, making it convenient yet serene. The service was exceptional! The homemade jam served at breakfast was delightful, and the kadai paneer for dinner is a must-try. The owner's hands-on approach to ensuring guest comfort truly sets this place apart. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Manali--can't wait to come back!
