This is a sad property, more of a Guesthouse /Lodge than a Hotel. The list of downsides is endless. But the staff is warm and helpful. I would have given 1*, but gave 2* because of staff. No road access; park on public road and a taxi ferries you on a dirt offroading track with boulders on the track. Tacky room decor. Room main door locks are not operational with card. Washroom has overpowering bad smell. Internet not working, Wifi is just for show. TV remote does not work. Missing supplies to make Tea in room kettle.

A smooth and pleasant surprise the food was delicious,with great variety and quality the location was perfect view.

Amazing place n peaceful to stay... And food was awesome

Very poor experience, will never go again, too costly for that quality and variety of services and food respectively. they don't have credit card machine and were not able give proper invoice. This hotels is worth of Rs 1500-2000/ day.

It was a great experience visiting this property last month. Thanks a lot to entire Team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Mr Deb for the warm welcome and taking excellent and utmost care of us.

ZCBTP Manali was absolutely fabulous experience overall. We had been with family for holidays, Overall staffs are very friendly, nice ambience & perfect stay. & specially food was tongue twisting. I would prefer & highly recommend ZCBTP Manali for flawless stay experience. Cheers Deepa saravanan.
