We stayed at this nice place for 2 nights with a family of 6 adults and 3 kids. The overall stay was really nice and enjoyable. Special mention to the amazing view from the room of Himalayan mountain range. The food and service was satisfactory as well. As for constructive feedback, the rooms can be cleaner and more spacious.

We visited this hotel for a New Year trip and booked four rooms for a 4-5 day stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a great view, which was one of the few positives of our stay. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and mismanagement. The biggest issue we faced was with the hotel staff's negligence. I accidentally left my earphones under the pillow in my room, and despite the housekeeping cleaning the rooms, the next day when I inquired, they completely denied finding them. It was frustrating and unprofessional, making us feel that our belongings were not safe. Another major problem was the unbearable noise in the mornings. The hotel staff would blast loud music on a DJ system around 7-8 AM, which was extremely disturbing, especially since our rooms were on the first floor and they were enjoying it on the ground floor. We repeatedly called and requested them to lower the volume, and while they would reduce it for a few minutes, the loud music would start again. We even spoke to the manager multiple times, but our complaints were ignored. This continued every morning, making it impossible to rest properly. Additionally, the food service was not up to the mark. The quality and taste were below expectations, adding to our dissatisfaction. Since we had already paid in advance for five days, leaving the hotel wasn't an option, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, while the rooms and view were good, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and constant disturbances made our stay unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, equipped with an electric kettle and a lovely balcony offering a stunning view of the mountains. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. However, one downside was that the room heater was not included in the base price and came at an additional cost of 500 per night. On the bright side, the bathroom had a geyser, ensuring a steady supply of hot water, which was very convenient. Overall, it's a great choice for a cozy and comfortable stay, but the heater charge might feel a bit inconvenient during colder months.

In our 5 day tour, we spent 2 nights with Seven hills resort, we get the best experience with the resort. The atmosphere, the staff and the best thing is the breakfast and dinner. All are outstanding.

I am from bhopal. Coming for educational trip. .Exceptional stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality. Modern rooms, delicious dining options, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended

Specious room. Breakfast and dinner provided by hotel. One issue is hotel don't have lift. Food is good. Hotel don't accept card payment. Hotel located very far from mall road. Hotel charge extra for heater. Hotel have power back up. We stay here for 3 nights in Dec'24 end in super deluxe room. Having balcony in room.

All So nice including food and all facilities good. Especially Mr Aditya taken care well Mountain View's superb. Recommended for pleasant stay with family and kids.

Good hotel for staying, also food quality is good . But, room cleaning and amenities provided is not to update to the mark.all over good .
