I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the mountains, especially from the balcony. The staff was exceptionally friendly, calm, and well-mannered, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, the peaceful ambiance, great service, and scenic beauty made our holiday truly memorable highly recommended for couples or anyone seeking a serene getaway in the hills.

Terrible Experience at Wonder City Hotel - Not Recommended! We were a group of 11 people and had a very bad experience at Wonder City Hotel. Our vehicle could not reach the hotel due to road conditions and rain. We requested the hotel staff to help us carry our bags, but they refused, both during check-in and check-out. After many requests and waiting for almost one hour, they finally arranged a vehicle to help us. This kind of poor hospitality was very disappointing. Also, the breakfast and dinner were not up to the mark - poor quality and very limited menu options. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unsatisfying stay. Definitely not worth the price or the name. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and comfort.

It was a beautiful experience at Hotel Wonder City Manali. We had 3 night stay at premium balcony room. From ambiance to meals everything was perfect. Since property is just 1.5 km from the main mall road makes it easy to access. Nature lovers, honeymooner should choose this hotel for their comfortable stay. Thanks Wondercity Team for making my holidays memorable.

A relatively new property, next to an apple orchard in the outskirts of Manali. The location and the connecting road is in bad shape and you need a very efficient driver to safely reach the property. The property was clean, being new, and the staff was good and supportive and work under the watchful eyes of the owner. While the food quality was good, but the restaurant was small ( it's a common restaurant for two properties next to each other), and managing a full house was extremely difficult, in spite of best efforts by the restaurant staff. It was a pleasant stay excluding the travel to/from main road.

Spectacular view of the mountains, valley, snow and houses. The rooms were really neat and tidy too, and also spacious. Bathrooms had all the necessary essentials. The staff was really professional and respectful too. Ended our night with a DJ party here. Had a blast!

Reception was responsive. Food was so good. Room service is just average. Hotel has some good view balconies. Location of the hotel is far from main road. Loud noises can be heard from the Corridor from other rooms sometimes.

STAY AWAY! Staffs on this hotel are very very rude and their seniors are abusion to their guests and that's their hospitality. The hotel is not at all maintained as they have rust in kettles and bed and bed sheets are are unhygienic. We have to check-out from the hotel when after a few hours our complains were not addressed also when management started to behave rude staying we will have to stay within the same mess. So this property is not at all recommended to anyone.

Not a good hotel. Service is very very bad. Hot Water is not available all the time until or Unless we ask many times they won't turn on. Serve very late. Food is not good. If you order from your room they send after 2 hours even a water bottle. Overall Not recommended
