Great Property i had ever experience. I came here with family and took a cottage for 03nights and 04 days. Beautiful view from there. And multi cuisine delicious food. Staff was so friendly, so polite and decent. We book a cab for sightseeing also, and they also helps us to book for us. Staff always ready to help u. I will love to be here again. Highly recommend.....

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever especially Ms MONICA. .She is very helpful in every asoect, very well spoken and understanding. Visited here for the straight 8th time in march 2025.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and mountain views away but easily approachable from hustle and bustle of main manali town. Food was good and great value for money and service was excellent. . I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back again for a longer visit in the future. Highly recommended.

Worst resort experience here. It spoiled all my enjoyment and mood Mainly hotel location is far (7-8 km) from city, there's no cab rikshaw to go city, after evening you have to spend all time in small rooms. Firstly rooms are not as shown in pics, outside noise,people talking, cars door open shut comes to listen in rooms. Second room facilities are not up to mark, I have to ask housekeeping for slippers, dental kit, shower cap, safe, locks which answers as they don't provide these facilities in the room, you have to ask reception for every of the above. Third rooms, bathroom doesn't have any hanger, even in bathroom no hanger for toilet paper too, very bad experience. No hot water continue in bathroom, they provide geaser which is too slow. After bathing one, the second person has to wait almost 30 min for hot water No lift in the hotel so you have to walk all the steps with luggage. Not one mineral water supplies daily, it's chargeable. Though reception lady and kitchen staff is very kind & polite but can't provide good service as they talk good. Candle light dinner is also done in the storage room here. Overall a very bad resort to stay here and sightseeing MANALI, I will suggest you all to not book this resort online without visiting. You will regret it if you stay here.

We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing! The hospitality here is truly top-notch -- the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms offer stunning mountain views that you can never get enough of, and the food is consistently delicious with a good variety to suit all tastes. What made our recent stay even more special was how the hotel helped us celebrate our anniversary. A big shoutout to Ms. Monica, who went out of her way to organize a beautiful surprise for us -- her thoughtful efforts truly made the occasion unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with genuinely warm hospitality. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Excellent stay .It was my first time in Manali, but the stay here dreams come true. Amazing mesmerizing view from the snow capped mountain view. The staff were so friendly and well behaved,very professional and co ordinated and moreover always ready to help you .Always welcoming with the smile. The room service was so fast. Food quality was so good .It's multi cuisine and delicious food . It's so high genic..overall my stay was so good .Thanks from the core of my heart to all the Holidays team

The hotel manager and hotel staff were very understanding. They understood our issue and helped us. This was very excellent behaviour from their side. Food quality was good. Room location and other amenities were superb. I would recommend those who visit Manali must book in this resort.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too awful to stay silent about. This hotel is by far the worst property I've ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. The room was filthy - stained sheets, broken fixtures, and a musty odor that made it hard to breathe. The photos online are completely misleading. As bad as the property was, the management was even worse. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve any issues. When I reported the state of the room, they were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. No apology, no solution - just attitude. I asked for a room change, and they flat-out refused, even though the hotel was clearly not full. There's zero hospitality here - it's just a cash grab with no regard for guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even for one night. You're better off sleeping in your car. Avoid this place at all costs.

We recently stayed at Holiday resorts and it was best experience i ever had in hotels. I abosolutely liked everything about this hotel from good food, well behaving staff, super cleanliness and room with stunning view.. Speccial mention of Monica incredibly friendly......I highly recommend for ur next trip
