Mountain Crest Manali By Satyam Hotels

I booked Manali Package with Mysterious Himachal Tour company and Aditi Chauhan mam booked everything. Package and hotel was best in class. Hotels is very beautiful. It is located on high hill and the room is neat and clean. The view from the balcony is superb. Hotel manager Mr Pawan is very cooperative and supportive. He is very polite and always available for help whenever required. It was overall a good experience as this is my family trip and my family is satisfied with the quality of service at hotel and overall tour. I recommend this tour company for further bookings. I enjoyed good food and superb view. Thanks Team.

We stayed there for 3 night. Hitanshi arranged our stay there, she was very supportive and helpful throughout. Hotel manager and staff are also doing great job and maintaining cleanliness. Pawan and Raj both were helpful. Only improvement needed is food. Overall value for money. Go for it.

Bit remote tbh, no local stores nearby but fantastic views from the balcony. Food options are not great. Rooms are great.

Except abhay trishapalli there was no one to help in the entire hotel .bad food bad service ..in a remote location ..accessibility for other places difficult..kitchen staff very unhelpful
