Food and service was great. Live singing and bon fire was good experience. Staff was good. ||Things to improve: |- Prices are on the higher side. Like mini bar, price of food against the industry standard. No 4 star hotel would be this costly.|- Rooms were very small against the pictures shared and price|- Room infra like TV was not working, curtains fell down, curtains were small to cover the whole window area properly, heater issues faced initially. |But the staff was spot on helpful for these issues faced which is a great service quality. ||X FACTOR for us was food taste and serving hot food. Enjoyed the stay.

Went for a Batch Reunion The Hotel arranged everything for us, - Meals, Excursions , Hall for Batch Get Together, Gifts and Momentoes at a Very Reasonable Rate. Lovely place, Helpful staff, Good food, Large airy rooms with a fabulous view. Located a little away from Manali so away from the Madding Crowd. Loved their large Terrace where we had live music and enjoyed dinner and dancing. Would definitely recommend.

Luxurious 4-star hotel in Manali. It has a great location an excellent buffet spread and tastes extremely good. The Plus Point Hotel has 24-hour room service and it was quick. We stayed in a spacious family room with a good Mountain View from the bed and a bigger balcony. Well trained and friendly staff we enjoyed the hospitality. I would like to thank Vikram and his team. 2 things that I liked about the hotel is : how beautiful it looked from outside and the bonfire party. The rooms were okay, but weren't clean well the day we enter, it was stinky, glasses weren't washed well and wasnt clean after the last customer. Food too was okayish.
