The dining experience at this hotel was exceptional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff were courteous, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meals. The ambience was equally impressive -- calm, elegant, and perfect for a relaxed dining experience. Overall, the combination of great food, warm hospitality, and a lovely setting made it truly memorable.

Stay for 2 night at nature Villas we find excellent hospitality with Mr samrendra Gautam he is the care taker of the property. Check in time we got worm welcome with their house spl welcome drinks. The rooms are excellent outside view like be are in sky And the rooms are very neat and hygiene has been maintained. The food is also very tasty the kababs are very nice also dinner was perfect blend of spice and tasty good chef. The breakfast is good combination of Indian American and South Indian. My entire family enjoyed the breakfast to. Room service is very prompt. The staff are very came and politely served to us. Overall excellent experience we got here. Highly recommended. Pros: Very good hotel ambience. Beautiful view from the window. Supportive staff. Arranged us cold breakfast even as early as 5 am in morning for us. Tasty food. Cons: Hot water takes time to come. Sometimes AC stops working and we get stand fan as replacement. Food items are overpriced like 1 plate of chicken is Rs. 625. Garden area is also a small artificial one.

Good thing here are view from the room, food (Muskaan was quite helpful) and staff is polite. Note: view is good only from one category of room that is himalayan view room, otherwise rooms are okayish. Service is super slow, ammeneties in the room doesn't work properly and it takes a lot of time for hotel to send maintenance guy. Overall it was below average for the price

I had an overwhelming experience at Sarovar Portico--truly a must-visit! The staff was exceptional, including Manager Mr. Zaidi, Mr. Pankaj, Mr. Rajneesh, Miss Muskan, and the talented Indian chef Satpal Thakur. Even the front desk executive, Lucky, was incredibly helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was beyond frustrating. Once in the room, things only got worse. In my room insects are found on the room. I called housekeeping multiple times clean my rooms but they never respond on mobile phone as my room landline is also not working. Garbage is around in my room balcony. When I approached management to express my concerns, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics to be covered. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. There are far better options out there with staff who actually care about their guests.

We stayed at NatureVilas Sarovar for 3 days and it has to be the best hotel of our visit. We were served by Ms. Muskan, Mr. Rajnish, Mr. Pankaj and Chef Satpal and they were very helpful. Since we are Jain, we had fresh food prepared for us daily and it was really delicious. We were in rooms 304 and 308 and out of these 308 has to have the best view. Only drawback was that room utilities weren't working well, nonetheless I am very satisfied with my stay here.

Pros - Location excellent, View from room/balcony is beautiful, room size & other features are nice too. Cons - Security is compromised, both the days we found our room is opened while returning in evening. This was due to faulty lock, which wasn't locking the room. Somehow it took 2 days to fix. Aircon/blower didn't work for 2 nights out of our 3 nights stay. Quilt cover had stains & took multiple reminder for 2 days to replace the same. Food is below average compare to what they charge (e.g. 75 for roti & 650 for 6 piece chicken curry) breakfast has few options & most of items were cold. Internet connection is feeble & unstable, need multiple reconnect. Conclusion - Avoid this hotel, they're ruining the brand. If you're ready to spend 7K per room, there would be plenty other options available.
