Coral Resort and Spa, Manali

Stayed there for 4 nights this month and everything was amazing. Rooms were clean, food was good but the most amazing part of the stay was the warm hospitality of the staff especially when we had kids and senior citizen with us. Special thanks to Daya and Yamuna for being so helping and kind. The other guys were also very kind. They took care of us as their own. Prepared the best jain food for us as per our requirement. Chef was very welcoming and supportive enough to always come to us and ask our preference to eat basis which he would prepare and serve us fresh hot food. Management was 10/10. The Hotel owner/ manager (I do not know his name) came n checked on us every single day during every meal so Thank you very much Sir. Best resort to stay with family.. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coral Resort and Spa, Manali and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was a great start to my stay. The room itself was immaculate. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious array of dishes, ranging from local specialties to international cuisine. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. I also took advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the gym and spa. Both were well-maintained and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at Coral Resort and SPA exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and fantastic dining made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Manali. I can't wait to visit again!

Pathetic.... We stayed there for 4 days with 90 percent time there was an electric power cut. There is no power back up , central heating or warm water. Night Receptionist was rude enough to say that though they have power back up but they usually wait for the supply to be restored.(though other staff are humble , polite, courteous, helping and proficient) Far from a 5 star , seems a bigger Dharamshala. Just stay away , don't waste your hard earned money and don't spoil your holidays.

During our recent stay, we encountered numerous issues that made us seriously question how this property earned a 5-star rating. Based on our experience, it felt more like a 3-star hotel at best. While the staff was courteous and accommodating, many essential aspects of a luxury stay were severely lacking.||**Positives:** |The staff was polite, attentive, and eager to help. The General Manager personally greeted guests, and the team's friendliness seemed to be the primary reason the hotel manages to maintain its current business.||**Areas for Improvement:**||1. Limited Kitchen Service: | The hotel's kitchen closes at 11 PM, which is highly unusual for a 5-star property. Even during peak season, the latest the kitchen reportedly stays open is 1 AM. A limited late-night menu should be standard to accommodate guests arriving late or in need of a snack after hours.||2. Noise Disturbance: | On our second night, we were disturbed by loud music, shouting, and inappropriate language coming from nearby rooms well past midnight. As we were traveling with a young child, this was particularly concerning. Our first call to room service went unanswered, and although a subsequent call was acknowledged with a promise to resolve the issue, no action was taken. Multiple follow-up calls also went unanswered, leaving us frustrated and sleep-deprived.||3. Non-Functional Amenities: | - Television: Upon arrival, the TV didn't work because the set-top box hadn't been recharged. We had to call the reception, and after some delay, a staff member replaced it. While this was eventually resolved, such oversights are unacceptable at a 5-star property.| - Kettle: The in-room kettle was non-functional and appeared to be there purely for show. This was inconvenient, especially given the lack of late-night room service.||4. Poor Wi-Fi Connectivity: | The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, disconnecting frequently. In today's connected world, this is a critical issue. Fortunately, our mobile data coverage was strong, which helped us stay connected.||5. Food Quality: | While food preferences are subjective, we found the taste and quality of the food to be subpar, particularly for a hotel claiming a 5-star rating. We have had better dining experiences at well-rated 3-star hotels.||6. Hot Water Issues: | This was the most persistent and frustrating problem we faced. Upon check-in, there was hot water in the bathroom, but by the next morning, it was barely lukewarm. We reported the issue, and the front desk assured us it would be fixed. The following morning, the same issue occurred. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we received another assurance that hot water would be available, but the problem persisted. By the third morning, after multiple complaints and delays, we had no choice but to check out without taking showers. Shockingly, we overheard staff discussing similar complaints from other rooms, indicating a widespread issue that should have been urgently addressed.||Overall Impression: |Despite clean rooms and bathrooms, our overall experience was disappointing due to repeated service failures, non-functional amenities, and poor management of essential facilities. We shared our concerns with the front desk during checkout but received only polite apologies with no clear indication that corrective action would be taken.||Recommendation:|Based on our stay, I cannot recommend this property to others. If you're looking for a genuinely luxurious experience, consider exploring other hotels. This property needs significant improvements in both service quality and facility maintenance to justify its 5-star rating.

Stayed with family for three nights in two deluxe rooms and had a great experience. Close to Manali proper, good amenities, good food, great staff and excellent value for money. The hotel manager, Anil Bhatt, was always on the floor supervising the staff and assisting guests. We booked through a travel agent, who was dodgy, but Mr Bhatt and the staff looked after us. Highly recommended!

Was a good experience overall. We did have some concerns when we checked in but the hotel staff were extremely helpful and worked towards making our stay comfortable. Room sizes were great too. Would definitely recommend!
