Elegance Retreat Manali Luxury Boutique Stayz

We stayed at this hotel during our trip and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is located on a hill with extremely bad road access, no transport facility provided, and no proper way to carry your luggage to the hotel. The room smelled weird when we entered, and we had to request fresh bedsheets and air freshener. Food options were very limited, and we found an insect in the Maggi and later a hair inside the paratha. Dinner was so bad that our stomach got upset the next morning, and when we asked for help, there was no support from the hotel. We lost a full day of our trip because of this. We had booked a cab facility for 4 days, but on the very first day, the driver informed us he might not be able to pick us up in the evening. Later, he called and said no one would be able to come, and asked us to take an auto-rickshaw back -- even though it was impossible for an auto to reach the hotel location. We were left stranded on Mall Road. Overall, extremely poor hygiene, service, and management. No refund was provided despite all these serious issues. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had booked the Room for 7 days and were told that we will get the best service. When we reached last night we got to know that the room is located in a top of hill where the roads were uneven with rocks and stones and it was very difficult to reach his hotel but still we managed to reach nearby when requested to send a pick up for us as our car was unable to clim any further with 4 adults and 2 kids all women they lied saying we are sending we are coming. Property is of kshitij, spoke to Kabir and they said managers name is sunil but they send a young drunk boy mannerless and refused to acknowledge our problems. They don't tell you their actually names and some other person keeps answering calls around 2 am we had to leave from there and had to look out for other rooms in such a short period of time. Now they are not answering our calls or replying to our messages. Worst service, pathetic staff. Guys don't go for it.. It's a scam

we had an awesome three nights stay here with family. The rooms, the food , the staff, everything is top notch. Plus, the food makes it great for people like us who eat and prefer home made food. The staff was very cooperative. We got whatever we wanted. The service is great. The room and washroom were clean and hygienic. I would give 5 star and recommend everyone to stay here

Had a very disappointing experience at Elegance Retreat Boutique in Manali. Definitely not suitable for families -- the environment wasn't comfortable at all. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, there's no proper parking available, which made things even worse. Would not recommend it for a family stay.

Property location was very good due to height the view was unbelievable, service is little bit slow but overall experience is great, food was also good in taste all staff is very helpful even in nights they took us to the parking lot even in midnight and helped us with luggage, hard work great job

From the moment we entered your hotel, we felt your positive warm welcome. Firstly, the welcome poster attracted our attention which made us happy after a long journey. The help of your whole staff which includes housekeepers, waiters and of course your management team was above what I had expected. The meals in the framework of our stay, were like a dream, and your willingness to satisfy us was above average and the small waterfall was a top noch just next to the property.. As a result of your warm hospitality, we decided to delay our check out from your hotel by half a day. My whole group and I would like to thank you all very much. For your kind hospitality and the stay at your hotel was the 'height' of our tour. I wish all hotels in Manali would have the same staff and willingness to receive guess so kindly as you did. For me it is clear that all my customers will choose your Hotel when visiting Manali.

Everything was good view food rooms staff and all. But service is slow may be due to high season or so many guests. Thanks to sunil and uncle

Our stay was amazing in Manali... Just bcoz of the hardworking staff present for you there...The service they provide us was really nice nyc.. The food, the view of hotel and the behaviour of staff all were too good to make u feel at home..They provide u everything what u want... i just really like the management and it's hardworking nature.. I appreciate the service they provide for our luggage and parking even due to high alert road closure from govt. I really like the service and presence of staff at the appropriate staff.
