The property is good and well maintained. It is managed by Shobla hotel which is not mentioned anywhere while booking. So while reaching the place you can directly come to Shobla hotel. The food is great and the view of the valley is what makes it special. Just the location is in a very crowded market but apart from that all good

Only hotel is good rest nothing is appreciable . I would never plan to visit again nor I recommend this place to anyone because their services are horrible .Firstly, their hotel is located near to Shobla hotel which is nowhere located on goggle , I booked the hotel and couldn't find the location . It was night time and I am constantly looking for directions with their team however team is only interested in forcing me make the payment rather than helping with hotel route . Then, we somehow reached hotel via asking people .Their prices are equivalent to any 5 star hotel however services/food quality is lower. I didn't have dinner nor breakfast becouse of food quality. Then their team asked me to upload identification on some link which is absolutely rubbish. No 5 star hotel ask for such thing. All formalities for check-in must be done by their staff not by the visitors. Moreover ,I was not much comfortable in terms of security. Overall I would suggest people not to visit this property until their team work on these issues .

The property and the staff are excellent. Poor rating is due to the service provided by StayVista and MMT The location uploaded by StayVista on MMT is incorrect. It was frustrating coordinating with StayVista to locate the hotel as they won't simply share the number of the manager at the property and say they're arranging for a call back and creating a WhatsApp group, both of which didn't happen. Spoke to them 3 times with no support received whatsoever. Finally found the place using google maps and then I'm told there's no booking! Then the hotel staff is frantically trying to connect with StayVista for 20 mins to confirm. And that WhatsApp group pops up much later once check-in and formalities are long done already

It's very beautiful place surrounding market . All places of kullu are nearby. Very neat and clean property . Such a warm welcome they did ..

Its an amazing experience the rooms are very good the staff members are very nice and corporative the view are amazing .. overall experience is very good
