Shobla Royale - Hotel & Cottages

I had one of the worst experiences ever at Shobla Hotel in Kullu. Right from the check-in, things started on a bad note. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, which set a very negative tone for the stay. THERE IS NO WIFI !!!!!! Its insane The restaurant experience was no better. Around 70% of the items on the menu were unavailable. When I ordered vodka with Sprite, I was bluntly told I had to have it with Thums Up--completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make things worse, the waiter had no knowledge or training and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. The room was also not up to the mark. Basic amenities were missing--no toilet tissues, no quilt, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were below average. It felt like no one cared about guest comfort. Across the board, the hotel staff was rude and uncooperative. Hospitality was non-existent. This was a truly terrible experience, and I will make sure to spread the word so others don't face the same disappointment. Definitely not recommended.

Stay was comfortable and view outside the window was superb. Had a great time with amazing room services and fantabulous food experience. Must try !!

The rooms are beautiful with hot water, strong WiFi, and super comfortable beds, but what makes this hotel special is the staff! They helped us out with so many things from getting transportation to letting us check out a bit late when we were running behind, and always with a smile and the utmost kindness. The location is ideal, right at the top of the market street with everything from cinemas to shopping to Kullu Central all within a five minute walk. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we come through!

Seriously went after a long time to the Shobla restaurant, and the vegetarian food was crap--total waste of money. Many years back, it was good, but now I regret going there...

Room service could be bit better. Among staff, Leen is too good, Magh singh is next to our voice and over and above Kewal is one , who is a reason for my stay every time. We stayed for 2 weeks. Regards, Dr. Arun Agrawal

Every think is very nice also good was very delicious and very cooperative staff .specially thanks to receptionist for warm welcome and hospital..
