Exceptional service from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and offered a cozy atmosphere. Housekeeping was thorough, and the front desk team was always available with a smile. Dining & Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options and excellent service. Overall, a seamless and relaxing stay - highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and outstanding hospitality.

The room was good. It's on the Market. Nearby there was a Gurudwara. You can walk around and visit it. Food was good but they served breakfast in the room as some renovation work was going on.

I stay here on 21 to 22 Dec 2024. I booked premium cottages which was on 5th floor. There was no lift and one of the top triangle corner of our room was open which kept the room cool. The warmer wasn't upto the mark either. Also washroom was out of our room. Other three premium cottage washroom was outside room. Don't book premium cottages of this hotel.

We stayed here while returning back from manali for a night as a small hault. Booked 2 rooms with balcony and river view. The view was absolutely amazing but the room were not modern at all. they need to upgrade their rooms whith modern standards. Food was good and there was no problem with in room service.

Anyone travelling to Kullu Manali and planning to stay here , please note this hotel is located in Kullu in small lane and certainly near river but no view from rooms . In terms of balcony , it's very small and covered balcony inside the room , please refer to picture to understand . There is no elevator either , if you have issues medically it will be painful for you . Also there is nothing to do near hotel , technically nothing to do in Kullu . Instead of staying here I recommend going to Kasol and staying there .

Loved the experience..! Rooms were neat and clean with all facilities. Service was good. Got variety of options for breakfast and dinner.
