In Year 2024 hotel was well equipped with humble staff But my recent stay of 2025 was Awful. Zero View. Overpriced Room . Misguiding on Call about rent. Owner takes zero interest in repeating Customers. One of the new front staff was so much in attitude that he refuse to answer my enquiry about old staff. He literally said "huhh! Humein nhi kuchh ptaa". Receptionist Rocky was good enough to Listen 2+2=4 (Mean does what he understands) Better opt for other better options nearby with lower Rent for same rooms

Okay, so we had gone to Kullu after 3 days of stay in Manali, so my review might be affected by my recent experience of Manali as well. We had taken a stay of 1 day, price was 1500 for a room with 2 beds, 1 master bed and a one person bed, the room was spacious enough for 3 people, could accommodate 4 as well. There was a balcony over there with a nice view. WiFi was not working that is a point cut from the rooms otherwise the rooms were just perfect as per budget! Service is very good there, as they allowed us to even keep our bags without any extra charges for 7-8 extra hours as we were having a bus in the evening. They even provide Retro games for 300 rs and PS5 games for 1000 rs a day, we hadn't tried them so no idea about it. Overall, the people were really really good. Oh Yes, the food, ever since we went to Kullu, there are 4 times when we have eaten food and 3 of the 4 times was in this hotel only as we were not able to find many food spots outside and this hotel was offering really good food at a budget friendly pricing, the taste was very good for the budget and the dishes were tasting like homemade only, infact the Masala Papad we ordered was like the Roasted Papad we make at home and toppings added to it , but overall the food quality was very good as well. Pros: 1. The location is at the peak place of Kullu. 2. Budget Friendly. 3. Food is available at the hotel with good quality and pricing, so no need to go outside. 4. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. WiFi was not working.
