Rooms are neat and clean service are very good

Pathetic experience! We stayed there in emergency when Mandi highway was closed and the owner exploited the situation. First he overcharged and I had an impression that room would be nice. When I saw the room it was having dirty pillows, mattress, washroom. We were stuck so had no option. The owner has an attitude of a God, he thinks he is doing favour on you. For everything, he takes advance money, even for water bottle, he asks for money first. Then no soap, no towel and no room service. Rather sleep in your car than staying in this unhygienic and overpriced so called hotel.

Near our hotel, manali mantra, at manali near volvo bus stand .It seems like a better presentation with all guest hospitalities for incoming tourists.

I've never met staff so unfriendly! They try everything to let you pay more! They only want your money!! Horrible people and Horrible rooms! The man who is the boss of the hotel Is the worst!!!! Do not stay here

Excellent hotel.Helpful staff a d neat and clean rooms.Food was also good.

Very badly maintained. Rooms not cleaned. No proper response from OYO to change the hotel inspite of repeated requests. Very bad experience with Hotel and OYO.

Well not much facility, food is average, room quality is not good either, TV not working at all.
