This awesome experience really enjoyable any can visit and feel the pleasant experience. Especially kuldeep and their team service was extradionary all the best and keep it up.

Worst experience ever had. Me along with my friends visted kullu and booked this hotel. The staff was very rude and service was pathetic. At around 10 pm we asked them for dinner but they refused by saying that their kitchen is closed and you have to go out. During checkin they have not mentioned the timing of kitchen or anything else. Unfortunately we had to go out for dinner and due to bad luck at night we met with an accident just at the entrance of hotel because entrance is very weird according to highway passing just beside entrance. But not a single person from hotel came down to stood by our side and they don't even cared that their guests are in trouble. The staff was careless and they did'nt even bothered to ask us even in the morning about what happened last night. When we checked out they were asking us to pay extra money because their table turned little black due to barbeque we installed before all this happened. Cruel and heartless. I wanna rste it 0 star but have no option so ya 1 star . Stay away from booking it. Thanks

Very best view from the balcony of the rooms , located at very good serenic place, food was great, hospitality was amazing, staff too was cooperative, and icing on he cake if apart from all this the hotel owner uncle Mr. Rajesh and their both children's was very polite and friendly and they all took care of us in a very friendly manner . 200% recommend to stay in this hotel and feel the vibes. Our stay was for 1 night in March end. ||||Location - The location was very comfortable to reach and situated right in front of the valley. The hotel is very close to the Vaishno Devi temple (which was a pleasant surprise, must visit!!!) ||||Food - We ordered tea and snacks which was average (quite oily) and the dinner was good, we ordered only a few starters from the hotel. ||||Rooms - An average sized room with basic furniture. The room had a private balcony and the view from the balcony was great. The floor was extremely cold and there was no hotel slipper.||||Cleanliness - On point for cleanliness, nicely kept room, bathroom and balcony.||||Amenities - There was no toiletries and towels were provided on ask basis. There was no heater in the room and was provided if you ask them which was chargeable. Wi-fi signal was weak. ||||Staff - Polite and supportive staff. Very cooperative and accommodative with our requests and questions. Quite informative as well on our queries.||||Parking - There is no specific parking lot and you have to climb a hill to park (the hotel is situated on the hill itself). The climb is not a proper road but rocky and sandy.

Don't book room from this Hotel. They are like white collar thief. I totally disappointed and regret on my decision to stay in this hotel as the staff behaviour spoil my mood . At night 2200 hrs the call me to move my car as their is no enough car parking space available. They took bill for food more than what written on the menu. Additional charges for nothing. No wifi working TV is thier but no subscription for channel. I asked at reception regarding why u taking more charges for food then what written on the menu then is acting like he knows nothing. Just take my advice and book other hotel... And don't ever book this one. Thanks

I only gad dinner there Unchi dukaan feekay pakwan. Only rice and salad was worth the money else everything was unpalatable. Edit : second time i visited them the teh taste was really good that time .

The courteous staff went out of their way to help us when our child felt unwell. The rooms are clean, reasonably priced, view of the river is great and food is very tasty. What more can someone ask for?
