WelcomHeritage Santa Roza, Kasauli

I recently stayed in Santa roza Resort for a wedding and overall, it was a great experience. The location is perfect--with beautiful views from the balcony. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Virender thakur in the front desk team who helps in our all the needs. The pool area was well-maintained and never too crowded, which was a plus.

It's a great property with a scenic and beautiful view . Staff is very helpful and food is good too However , the path to get there is horrible because there is no proper road . It's pretty much a gravel/mud which is still being worked up. Hotel is about 40 mins drive off the main road and those 40 mins were pretty brutal to drive on and it is the only path get in and out to kasauli . If I knew the conditions of the road , I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel because it's a lot of work to get there and killing our backs. Please get your roads fixed so folks can enjoy your property even more and have a relaxed and comfortable drive .

This was my first time in Kasauli and the hotel provided everything i was looking for. First of all the location is just awesome . It has breathtaking views from everywhere I roam around the location. After reaching to the location, they autos ally upgraded us to the most premium room at hotel which was around 500 sqft. Now while you enter , they have pool and chess area while you wait for your room to get ready. They have a temperature controlled swimming pool which was against unique thing I liked about. And then lastly the food and service , just wow. I would really like to visit again and recommend all to just visit this location once and enjoy a clam and soothing stay with your friends and family. Sharing some of my memories taken at the location.

Nice resort. We are here for our friends wedding. In local at Solan it's very decent resort. Rooms are neat and clean. Food all time very yummy. Love the place
