I had a fantastic stay at Velmore. The location is perfect for a peaceful escape, surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and nature. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with large windows offering breathtaking scenery. The Rhodo suits has an amazing jacuzzi which offers a breathtaking view of the hills. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The food was delicious

I recently stayed at Velmore Hotel (operated by Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd.) for two days, and it was a truly amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff made me feel extremely welcome. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel facilities are modern, clean, and very well-maintained. Being a tech-enabled hotel, everything was seamless and convenient. Scanning the QR code for services and accessing AI support made the stay even more effortless. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The quality of service, food, and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. I especially appreciated how efficiently the staff managed everything, making my trip truly stress-free and memorable. I would highly recommend Velmore Hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience at a reasonable price. Whether for business or leisure, this place is perfect. It was an amazing stay. The view was much more than expected. They have an amazing staff who are ready to help you any which way. Great hospitality And the rooms were very spacious and very neat and clean. Food was delicious with variety of cuisines.

The entire staff team is excellent. The services & team right from Reception, cart, house keeping service, kitchen F&B. The food preparations have been very delicious. Hotel property & rooms are excellent. However the approach road is very bad. Also a shuttle service to & fro Mall can be added

This hotel is nestled in the serene surroundings of Kasauli, HP. The staff is very warm and hospitable! Rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed with amazing view from the balconies! You can actually enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee/tea with picturesque view. However, the approach to the hotel is quite bumpy and adventurous! So, avoid night driving! In addition to this, a well-managed play area for kids, gym and certain other recreational activities could enhance the overall experience of the stay. And there's an issue of under-staff, so the room service is a bit slow. Overall, it offers a peaceful retreat for travellers seeking a tranquil getaway in the hills!
