From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality extended by the staff--especially Ms. Mahima--made me feel right at home. The hotel's location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by scenic spots and trekking trails. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, there's something for everyone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, blending luxury with coziness. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. I would highly recommend Best Western to anyone visiting Kasauli. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and outstanding service.

Excellent hospitality by the staff and comfortable stay was provided. Ample parking space was there at the hotel premise. Mall Road is approx 10-12 Km from the hotel premise. Overall experience was very good . Special mention to Mahima front office team was assist with very humble nature . Highly recommended !!!!!

However, when we communicated this directly with the hotel staff, they were incredibly helpful and seamlessly extended our stay. As if that wasn't enough, the next day, they surprised us by beautifully decorating our roomfor our anniversary, adding a personal and heartfelt touch to our stay. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Every staff member was full of energy, always smiling, and genuinely happy to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued and turned our trip into a cherished memory. I would especially like to appreciate Mahima, whose warm smile and cheerful presence made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay. I went there for a casual, chill relaxing weekend and was not disappointed. The food was great and the hospitality was incredible, I didn't have to worry about anything and could just spend my time to rewind and relax. The bathtub experience was also great and I could just order in and relax by my bathtub.
