StayVista at Pristine Pines in Kasauli | 8 BHK Premium Holiday Home

We enjoyed our stay at Pristine Pines. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and we had all we needed. The staff (especially Neeraj) were very friendly and helpful, and often went out of the way to make sure we got everything we wanted. The only issue with this property was that apart from breakfast, they provide no food inhouse, and so food had to be ordered from outside. The staff of course took the orders and went and got the food.||The booking experience with stay vista left a lot to be desired. It's good to be careful and check when dealing with them.

Room cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. Good for family stay.

Worst experience ever, our whole trip was literally spoiled because of this property and staff. First off all, reaching the property is such a headache. It took us 5 hours to figure out how to get to the property itself, no help with luggage or parking. No professionalism whatsoever, a lot of hidden charges which are asked for with such an angry tone. Would never recommend anyone to go there, ample of better choices around the place. The owner as well as the company managing the property are neither polite nor civil. Stay away from StayVista

It's a small appartment with lot of outside noise .... You can't sleep because you hear dogs barking all night... stayed for 3 nights but couldn't sleep at all .
