Hotel holiday home

Please don't trust these people. I had a trip to Khajjiar last week. One person came to me that he is from hotel exotica and he is just advertising for hotel exotica. Hello gave me a coupon card and told me to open that card. When I open that it was written that you are lucky winner of one thing out of four And the winning thing will be given to you only if you will visit Hotel Holiday Home. My taxi driver too advised me that it's fake , don't trust them. I thought that let's give a try. When I reached the hotel,the hotel was holiday home and there were persons from hotel exotica. They claimed that so and they wasted my 1 and half hour. They were convincing me to take a plan of travel from them and that was too costly. When I said no,they give a coupon of free stay at there hotel exotica. But that was not free,I have to pay 4000 in advance to get that free stay. So, obviously that is not a free stay. I just want to say that the hotel Holiday Home personals are a part of it too. Only then,hotel exotica personals were there in their hotel. Right. Please don't be fooled and get trapped in there sweet words.

Very pathetic, disgusting experience. Deeply disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The room wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I found dust on the surface, The water was not clear because monkeys were having a great time bathing in the Water Tanks . Additionally, the amenities seemed outdated and in need of repair or replacement. The Geyser was malfunctioning. No exaust fans. I personally do not recommend Visiting here. Please improve.

The view from balcony was extremely beautiful and the food was good too but that's where the good things end about this hotel. It was extremely overpriced. Toilet smelled so bad from the moment we stepped inside the room and the pungent odour never went away no matter how much you flushed it. There were frequent power cuts even though they had a generator. Room service was aslo mediocre. Called 2 times to have the room cleaned through intercom and no one showed up.

According to the price all the facilities were excellent. This hotel is situated at a very good location. You can see the Himalaya view from this hotel's room. Our Room was neat & clean.

Amazing hotel one of the best hotel ever i have visited and the view from the balcony is too good i had great time in the balcony "amazing location " . very very supportive staff and the food yummy

Pathetic experience. I was travelling from Delhi to sach pass and on my way back to delhi, I stopped at this hotel in Khajjiar. There is pungent smell all over the hotel but due to no availability of hotels near me I have to book this hotel. The experience was pathetic and i have regretted every minute of staying there. View was okay but the services were extremely poor. I had dinner and i got sick. Then i went to the kitchen for inspection and it was very unhygienic. They will ask you to pay full amount at the time of booking just to make sure no one should run away in between because they also know about their service and after that you will just call them for everything from room but they will not receive most of time and for every single thing you have to step to the reception . I have manage to record some footage from kitchen do check that as well.
