I am a blogger. so, i travel here and there . One day accidentally i visit this Hotel and believe me I was shocked It's a Heaven like Hotel ... Stuffs are very good... quality of food very nice. Rooms are big and nicely decorated.. In one sentence 'it's a value for money '.

"Unfortunately, my experience was a complete disaster. The service was abysmal - our server seemed completely disinterested in attending to our needs, and it took multiple requests to get even the simplest things.It took over an hour just to get our appetizers, and another hour for our main courses to arrive. The food was mediocre at best, but the terrible service and slow wait times really made the experience stand out for all the wrong reasons. Needless to say, I won't be returning."

Just awesome hotel... 1.stuffs are very humble towards customer 2.food quality just awesome 3.rooms are very beautiful and gorgeous

I had very good experience here. Very nice place and view from hotel is very good. Clean rooms and hygienic place. Hotel's staff is very humble and co-operative. Taste of food is amazing, they serve you according to your taste. Treated well here. You should definitely give a try to this hotel. Thumbs-up from my side.

Let's get straight to the point. Most of the views are fake The view was decent The rooms were spacious but a bit dirty. When we entered, there was a bedbug chiiling on the bed. The toilet seat didn't had water supply. Only 2 coffee pouches even if there is a whole family of 3 or 4 living in 1 room, didn't even provide with milk/milk powder. Got my family a extra bedding but they didn't even gave a bed sheet. The food was like 4/10. The service was so slow. Conclusion: Don't spent your precious hard earned money on this hotel, instead find any other hotel at a cheaper price at a good location (you can easily find one for around 2000 inr with a better view). EDIT:- I got a reply from the staff of the hotel saying that 1. They clean everything in the hotel, some parts of my room could've missed. 2. We could've told the staff about the water supply problem. REPLY 1. Okay, I understand that you missed some parts of my room. 2. We told your staff about the problem with water supply in toilet seat 2 times and no action was taken about it.
