I believe most of the rooms at this property have a balcony attached which is a plus. The big lawn is also a positive. Ample car parking space. Staff is also co-operative. The location is easily accessible. And not far from Dharampur or Kasauli. ||The big minus is the quality of ingredients used in food. Rest, the spread was okay. But the food quality was not up to the mark. As per me. Also they should invest in another lift. ||Overall not a bad experience. Went for a wedding function and it was fun. The staff worked hard and it showed. ||Special shoutout to Mohit, a brilliant member of the staff who took great care of us all.

Attended a wedding here recently. Spacious rooms. Hard working staff. Nice views. Balconies in almost all rooms. Kitchen drags this place down. While the spread was good, quality left something to desire. Also they badly need another lift or maybe a service elevator. Parking is ample. No problems there. The lawn is big. Not far from Kasauli and is close to Dharampur.

My family recently hosted a wedding at Hotel Wood Creek and it was everything we had ever dreamed of! From the very beginning, the manager and staff were incredibly supportive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Their warmth and dedication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free for us and our guests. The location is absolutely breathtaking--nestled amidst the pine forests of Kasauli, with stunning scenic views of the hills, it provided the most picturesque setting for our celebrations. Despite being surrounded by nature, the venue is easily accessible, conveniently located right next to the main road, making it easy for all our guests to reach. The halls and lawns were perfect for each of our wedding functions, beautifully maintained and spacious. One of the highlights was the food--absolutely delicious! From the main courses to the desserts, everything was a treat. The bakery deserves a special mention for its biscuits and cakes, which were simply irresistible. One of the most memorable experiences was the rooftop bonfire, which created a cozy and magical atmosphere for our late-night gathering. The rooms were equally wonderful--comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay for everyone. If you're looking for a perfect destination wedding venue that offers stunning natural beauty, excellent hospitality, and easy accessibility, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

The staff was prompt, courteous, and always ready to assist. Overall Experience The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its excellent service, attention to detail, and a cozy ambiance. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kasauli.

We just had 2 days stay in the resort and it is very nice and clean. All the services were so prompt. Spa service is also affordable. I realy recommend the property you must visit.

I must say the staff is the best, they are so kind and swift that u just order they dlvr within q minute.. much appriciated.. staff deserves the respect .. although the location and resort is also premium . I like the cleanisess all credit goes to its staff and managers.. love 2 visit again .. and highly recommended .

We were 7 couples ,all are senior citizens. We enjoyed a lots . Staff and sales team are excellent. We stay for 2 nights but 2nd night after taking dinner our 7 person become sick dehightration , we all could not sleep whole night We inform Resort Manager Mr Krishan and Sheff ., informed about this issue but nothing could be done because we leave without taking proper Breakfast.

The hotel was really good. All the services were amazing. They had open bar seating along with the restaurant. The view was amazing . The rooms are pretty good . The hotel also has good amenities.
