Villasita Resort

We had a wonderful experience staying in Kasauli with my family. The property, which is newly built, boasts a charming atmosphere and modern amenities. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food, which offered a delightful variety of flavors. Overall, it was an excellent getaway!

Our stay at Villasita Resort was absolutely wonderful! The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and a homely atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home while still providing all the high-end amenities. The food was exceptional -- every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The views from the resort were breathtaking, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Amazing property * Bad service * Rude staff|SUCH AN UNDERWHELMING EXPERIENCE!!|This huge property is royally built with a lot of taste, gloss and opulence. Rooms are good but bathrooms were shockingly small and dirty and room floors unclean. Just a year old property, but poorly managed, under maintained. Staff is untrained, poorly dressed, mannerless and rude. Reception staff is badly trained. They don't know what they are doing. Room ac heaters were not working. We froze for two hours after checking in till they fixed the issue. Shower heads and mixers were not working properly I almost got burnt with sudden cold and steaming hot surges during the shower. Restaurant food was average. Breakfast not that great. |Bar/ Spa / Gym are displayed in the amenities but not even started. Room service was utterly pathetic.||I had booked two deluxe rooms with balcony and mountain view for my family of four for two nights. For the kind of huge money they charged me, the service is not even 50% of that. A perfect let down. I am thoroughly disgusted and will surely not return. |If such a nice property closes down in near future, which may very well be true, it will be only due to the atrocious staff and low grade management and lousy upkeep.

Newly constructed property with no compromise as far as construction is concerned. Located bang on the highway. Everything was satisfactory except two points; firstly we were given only 1 key despite asking for 2 because we were business associates and needed separate keys and the second was that there was no glass for shaving in the bathroom and I was advised to use a drinking glass for it.

Excellent location, nice ambiance, scope for improvement in staff service,kids enjoyed in play area, food is equally good . Overall we enjoyed the stay . First time we have seen in any hotel specifically earmarked area for RADHA KRISHNA temple a very peaceful devotional place within in the property. We had early morning tracking near this beautiful place
