Love the grandeur of the villa! It welcomes us with a pool table on the ground floor. The attic is a nice hideout for the kids. Amazed by the lovely garden filled up with beautiful flowers. The cook served us with best of pakoras, coffee, chat, barbecue. Lovely decor! Shall keep coming back for the food and hospitality of V are Family!

Excellent & Amazing are the 2 words that resonate first with our experience, when I have to share my review about Mistair Estate (Kasauli) & their entire Team. We were there last weekend as a Family Group of 22, which did include some of family members from US and we wanted to pick a place which could suit everyone's preferences of a memorable family stay, and nothing could come close to Mistair Estate. The Property is very well maintained, what you see in the Pictures is there on the ground as well. The Staff at the property is no less than a 5 Star Rated property, given how they make each guest so comfortable always with a broad smile. The welcoming experience started reflected early on in conversations with Mam Karuna, who was so comforting and accommodating in everything that we requested for and the professional demeanour across the stay was simply awesome. It's not only about having guests checked-in, but staying on top of ensuring how guests are feeling at the property, that's what made this even more outstanding. Top-Notch Management!! At the property Mr. Dhan Lal ensured that every Guest request is taken care of, Chef - Mr Umakant & Mr Sarwan are exemplary in their fields and their culinary skills were very good. The Food was very much to our taste and the spread selection was as per our preferences. We had small kids, elderly people, young one's and guests flying in from US, and our experience across all was so well managed, which is hard to find at any of the Star Rated Hotels. The Team of 8 at the property is amazingly fast to manage everything that's need for a memorable stay. The trip ended saying "when can we come back to this place again", as no-one had any doubts on anything rather the experience here cannot be matched by any other stay. Perfect Place for a Family Vacation !! Kudos to the entire team....

Perfect home stay for a group. Huge well furnished rooms and living room. Amazing artwork adorned the entire premises. And the staff were super helpful and served excellent food.

We were a group of 22 people and each one of us had a unique staying experience. The property is beautiful in its structure, nestled tightly away from the extremes of a city. The V are family group provided great service lead by Karuna ji and her army of staff. The food was delish in very course making our hearts full. The attention to small details in hospitality, sweet gestures made our stay memorable. We will always look forward to come back here .

Superb property, excellent maintenance and brilliant staff willing to go that extra mile to make your holiday memorable .The rooms are spacious with amazing views and the common areas is tasteful and classy . The staff also organized a barbecue one of the nights with a bonfire so we could enjoy the outdoors. Having stayed in two more of their properties can't wait to try the rest ... every time the experience was BRILLIANT.
