The Lalita's Majestic Pines

Hotel location is perfect and the staff is really very friendly. Moreover, the rooms are very neat and clean and the view from balcony is the most beautiful thing in this hotel. Price is also reasonable. The perfect stay for tourists.

Kukoos Nest in Kasauli was the perfect getaway--peaceful, scenic, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommended for a quiet retreat in the hills!

Booked the hotel for 2 nights - the place was listed as a villa but is actually a cheap budget hotel. It is located 10-12 km from the city center and the road is completely broken (will take at least 1hr). The hotel does not have basic facilities - they even run out of breads and there was nothing else available from the menu. While they claim you have the full hotel available, the common areas are not accessible in the evening and night as the hotel staff sleeps in those areas. The owner clearly has no clue what is going on and the staff is not interested in doing anything at all. This place is okay if you are looking for a cheap motel (uptown 1-2k per night) but don't recommend for a family holiday.

Had a great stay at Majestic Pines. Located amongst the pines it is a fab place to unwind. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped rooms. The food was also very good. Naveen ji our point of contact was extremely polite and pleasant. Would definitely be going back some day and highly recommended.

Had the worst experience. This should be the last option one should consider in Kasauli for their stay. The rooms were not clean and were cleaned after we arrived and that also was not done in a proper way. The landlines were also not working. They have no staff. The service is pathetic and the property is not as shown by them in the pictures. Despite repeatedly telling them about their pathetic service there was no response from the staff. The owner also seems to have no problem with how their staff are operating the property. It would be better to book any other place except this.

A big no. Roads are in poor condition.very far from the main market. Totally off the route. Rooms are not worth the price. No great view. It takes half and hour ine way to reach the main road. There are plenty of other better options on the main highway and other areas.

We booked The Lalitas majestic and it was a wonderful experience. The stay was super comfortable and their service was superb!! Special thanks to Arjun bhaiya whose hospitality was amazing. He was there for everything. He made sure that we feel homely. The food was spectacular Thank you for making our trip memorable and super awesome.
