Rooms were clean spacious and maintained, with excellent service in where we had dinner also. Food was good and great value for money. Nice location and views from the room window and balcony.

Very bad stay never visit again the room are very dirty and the staff is very disgusting do not behave well food was very bad smell no arrangement for guests cockroach was roaming all over the rooms i will advise that never visit their is no availability of electricity and has no ac and fans also has no inverter or generator when asked owner about the arrangement for electricity he told their is no arrangement for it when asked for refund he told me that after checking their is no refund the owners behaviour was rude also Water is mudy never visit

Auriga Home kasauli best of family holiday __The place is awesome with great views. The stay was comfortable, the caretaker is very prompt overall we enjoyed the stay. The place also has a short hike close by which makes it awesome for nature walk. The only thing we would like to suggest improvement is for the availability of food in the menu. A lot of items in the menu are not available, so you are left with limited choice. However the food was tasty.

So i was a bit skeptical about booking this property due to some reason reviews posted on google. Spoke to owner where they were able to convince me to book their property. Referring to reviews, posted by a con couple (Harshvir and Prapti), booked a non ac property then claimed refund from the owners. I verified the owners comments by checking couple's account and found that they have been doing this since long. I booked this property and the stay went really well. Spacious rooms, free upgrade, huge balcony, Peaceful location, cooperative staff. A perfect homestay to spend quality time.

We booked top floor for our holiday. Place is good and have a calm and composed environment. Food is also good and also prepared fresh. Prem the helper or chef or attendent is a very simple and humble guy who is always there to help you to sort out small situations.

Not a good place to stay as we faced following issue on which they should really work: 1. Cockroaches were all over the place hence unhygienic. 2. Room doesn't even have the fan which made if quite hot 3. No proper water supply in washroom had to call care taker multiple times 4. We booked the room which was having private balcony but that too was a wrong information as its designed in such a way that anyone can walk into your so called private balcony 5. Next thing is the attitude and behaviour of property owner as she's not ready to take any kind of negative feedback though her brother who was at property was very well behaved and took the feedbacks in a positive way 6. Now the last and worst thing is related to safety for females because someone was peeping from window which we had to open as the room was very hot which is a major concern because as I earlier mentioned that they say you have private balcony but actually its not Anyone can walk to your so caller private balcony and near your room's windows. 7. Due to all these issues we had to leave the property the very next day though we booked it from MMT for three days. My recommendation is that owner should really look into these issue and should have the courage and sense to take the negative feedbacks also.

Amazing stay at Terrace Retreat! So, we have booked for twice in a month, it was so soothing for us to stay there, it's a place of getting proper relaxation, proper view, proper area to get together (no screaming and howling please), I have come across after a long time to a fantastic place where you can go with your family and friends. I must say about the owner and the care taker, they are gem of a person, really they are! Both of them take care of every guests. Food is good, you can go with veg, as well as their pahadi chicken is superb(fried or with gravy). I really recommend this place to people who actually want to stay at a soothing place with a good view, perfect rooms, fantastic hospitality. Go for it! You will really love this!
