Royal Suites by Park Tree, Kasauli

Had to book the hotel as the other good properties were all packed. It was an okay place which I got for an amount of 3500 as it was peak season. The room and the bed sheets were not very clean and tidy. Washroom was clean. But the towel that was given to us smelled so foul that we couldn't use it. Food was not very good. An okay place for few hours stay but not at all for a whole day or two. Would not recommend the place if you travelling with family, bachelors may adjust to it.

Although the location of Royal Suites by Park Tree and the service of the staff is good but it lacks few basic amenities like enough spacious parking; good rooms with good views. Views from the top of this place is good. Near to the main market this place is quite during the night. Staff is really helpful and courteous. They made warm food on order which is the best thing about the place. Really tasty awesome food. Place is good if going with friends. We went on a bike ride for one night stay and chose this place to stay.

Worst room service and staff behaviour. Don't change the bedding and clean room on daily basis. Food quality is pathetic. No view from room. Nothing is nearby the hotel. My Recommendation is book this hotel only when you want to spoil your mood and vacation

They don't provide electric kettle and premix for tea and coffee. Sufficient space for parking. Room space is good. Blower (heater) is not that effective. Staff is polite. Food is satisfactory. Not a wow experience for me. So rating just 'OK' for this property. All in all its good for bachelors' stay.

Nice property with spacious rooms and an amazing view. Easily accessible. Good home made food. Mr. Suraj took good care of us . Only issue were the heaters provided at the cost of Rs 300 each. Only two of them were working properly and we had a difficult time sleeping in one of the rooms. That apart , this property is still worth staying at.

Kasauli is known for it's scenic natural beauty. This is a small on road hotel with a very good view of the valley. This is a calm and peaceful place. Rooms are very good. Service very good. No separate restaurant but fresh cooked Food available in hotel.Hot water available. You can enjoy evening at mall road and at tourists points here. Value for money. Parking available.

Do not recommend! I arrived to be greeted by cold staff, paid for my room for two night and requested my change but they didn't have any. Was taken to my room which had a amazing view, this is the only reason I gave a star otherwise. I had one staff member invite himself into my room to smoke cigarettes on both nights of my stay! I went out for the day came back and house keeping hadn't cleaned the room or changed the sheets and there was no hot water for a shower. I ordered room service and the same staff member from the night before brought my food placed it on the table and proceeded to take a seat, he didn't understand my English that I asked him to leave. At one point he got up and said he would be back as he left I locked my door because I didn't want him in my room. He came back and was banging at my door to let him in, I told him to go away more than 10 times, I called reception make him leave twice! And then they had the nerve to call my room right after this hole ordeal at 10:30pm and ask how I rate the hotel on a scale of 1-3 Are you serious???? Checking out I didn't get an apology about the staff member banging on my door trying to get into my room. Kasauli is filled with nice kind people so this was a shock to have such bad experience at Treebo Royal Suits
