On The Rocks

I'll be honest here. The rooms are good the location is great but the customer service is extremely poor. They don't have even basic etiquettes of serving. The team is totally irresponsible..

This was one of the excellent hospitality provided in Kasauli from the Hotel staff. This is a newly built property equipped with all the amenities, services. If one needs to staycation in the nature side along with modern touch , this is a perfect stay.

I recently stayed at "on the Rocks" resort and I had so much fun. It is the best way to reconnect with nature and I would recommend to all of you who want to wake up by the chirping of birds at the same time have fun by pushing your friends to the pool

Great place to visit with good and comfortable rooms. Pools were fantastic along with some waterfalls along with it. Staffs are very polite and down to earth with very good service. Food was also very good and tasty. Thank you "On the Rocks".... Will surely visit again on my next trip and recomend every one to visit and stay like the way I had.

Experience location with full on nature and golden thing is that there us a watrr fall which passes into the place and they have 2 swimming pools and natural water fall both is amazing and attractive so its a very excellent experience to visit here and love to visit here again and again.
