I'm a Level-7 Local Guide, so please read my review carefully and don't forget to like it if it helps you! We had booked this property in advance, paying 5000 for a 3BHK, and traveled all the way from Ludhiana to Kasauli -- 3 couples with 5 children. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the property was still under construction and not ready for guests, which caused us a lot of inconvenience as we had to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere. However, I want to highlight that the owner (Vineet) personally called me today to apologise for the inconvenience caused and explained the situation. He also refunded the entire amount, which we appreciate. I'm happy to see that the management took responsibility and is working towards improving the guest experience, however, it would be good to inculcate transparency in their future client dealing. We hope the property is completed and ready soon, and that future guests have a smoother experience.

We stayed with our whole family. Hospitality is great and behaviour of staff is very good and they are very cooperative. We really enjoyed our stay. Great if your are looking for a friendly family stay.

Had amazing stay at Kasauli Vista. We stayed in 2 BHK apartment which was very spacious. It is located amidst of forest. It was very peaceful there. Overall it was very good experience.
