Awesome place to stay, Staff is very good, Food is just like Heaven..... It's was my 10th anniversary to stay at hotel. When I asked them for Bakery then they arranged a surprise which created my Anniversary with all time memories... Their sweet gesture will always appreciate... Thanks Exotica for making my Vacation a memorable.

The hotel is located close to the main part of the town. Our check in was quite smooth, but the room lacked some basic amenities like - unavailability of hot water, some electric switches were dysfunctional. Although, the staff was on its toes and helped us resolve the issues at their earliest. All in all, it was a good experience.

In November, we stayed at this hotel with three friends. The hotel is located on a hill road, and you need to bring your car a little further down. If you're unable to walk, the hotel staff is very helpful and will drop you down to the hotel in their car. The staff, including the security guard uncle, were all very kind and accommodating. We booked a premium room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the service was excellent. The view from the room was breathtaking and really added to the experience. That night, none of us were very hungry, so we decided to order dinner in the room. We had Lemon Coriander Soup and Chilli Garlic Noodles, and both were incredibly tasty. Even though we weren't very hungry, we enjoyed every bit of it and relished the soup and noodles. Overall, our trip was memorable and enjoyable! We look forward to returning again for another amazing stay !!

Nice valley view from higher floor premium and premium plus rooms only . In room food was nice . Buffet can be improved , paratha and chole were cold with only 1 kind of pickle option . Management is very polite and happy with the prompt response . 10 Mins distance from main market , christ church and temples

Our stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view. It's an adventure to explore the terrain of the property as we went from one floor to another. The excursion to the team was a lot of fun and the staff really took care of all the safety measures. Overall we had a great experience at Exotica and would definitely recommend it for a nice weekend getaway.

I stayed at Kasauli Exotica which is exactly 1.5km from mall road, for two nights in the last week of March with my family. The weather was pleasant. We booked a Premium Valley View Room on the second floor, and it was a wonderful experience. The Good: The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and had a balcony facing the valley, offering a stunning sunrise view every morning. Watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee while listening to birds chirping was a peaceful and refreshing experience. Sufficient room space, neither too small nor too large, and the bathroom, though compact, was equipped with modern facilities. The staff was polite, welcoming, and quick in room service. Power backup available, and they provided two 500ml water bottles per day, along with a basic tea and coffee maker. The restaurant's view was breathtaking, and you could choose to dine indoors or outdoors, enjoying the scenery. Areas of Improvement: No welcome drink or water was offered at check-in, and early arrivals have to wait little or explore the property until rooms are ready. Extra mattress was chargeable, but once placed, there was barely any walking space left in the room. Food menu was expensive with limited dining options, and while breakfast had fewer varieties, the quality was good and service was quick. Kid's play area was small and not well-maintained, with only a few swings, slides, and a merry-go-round. No other activities or indoor/outdoor games for kids, so they might get bored. Limited parking space, accommodating only 5-6 cars, though they do offer valet parking, which helps manage the situation. Not suitable for bachelors or party lovers - there's no bar, alcohol, or evening entertainment like live music or DJ nights. Final Verdict: This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature, with beautiful valley views, fresh air, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you enjoy bird watching, scenic sunrises, and a quiet stay away from the city hustle, this is the perfect place. However, if you're looking for nightlife, parties, or extensive entertainment options, this might not be the best fit. (3.5/5) - A great stay with a few areas for improvement.

We found this place online was not sure that it's gonna be genuine or no , the manager sent us some pictures of the property still we were not sure , reached kasauli went at so many hotels but was not worth it decided to give this property a try and it was the best stay ever , service was so good , the hotel staff was very welcoming and professional , the food was so good at this place , the price was reasonable and genuine too , the rooms have balcony with spectacular views . Thanks to the hotel and restaurant team for hosting us , will see uh guys again .
