Kasauli Courtyard: Boutique Bed and Breakfast

Very good and pleasant stay very corporatve staff specially Rohit very good hospitality and good management If we stay anywhere in Kasauli, we will stay only because of Rohit ji. We have not got such service anywhere in India which Rohit ji has provided us. But please inprove food quality

One of the nightmare staying at this property. Be it food, service, staff all are just trying to ruin your holiday. This property owner needs to re-evaluate all the amenities, anyone coming out of home is looking for the leisure experience, with best services. But to my surprise, there is no water for bathing, no management for taking care of services, if you order food it will atleast come in 1:30 hours and that too tasteless and half cooked. We visited with infant kids and for boiling the water for milk, we have to chase the entire staff as their water kettle is not working and they have replaced in 1 hour, till that time my kid has to stay without meal. Because of the pathetic poisonous food we had, my friends wife is hospitalised and diagnosed with food poisoning. Will never suggest anyone to visit this property, worst experience of life.......

I had the worst experience at this hotel. There was no hot water even after turning on the geyser for hours. The room had many baby cockroaches. They don't provide a breakfast buffet even after charging us for the same. We ordered coffee and the kettle had cockroaches inside it. All the positive reviews are fake
