Kasauli Castle Resort

The staff is very courteous and helpful. No problem if you are travelling with an infant. Restaurant Food is also very good. Some repair and maintenance needed in Rooms and Washrooms. But even in its present shape, the place is very safe and sound and offers good overall ambience to tourists.

The property has immense potential to be a very good property but it is poorly managed. Maintenance is a big issue. Rooms are big and spacious but not clean. For entertainment they have a pool table which is in pathetic condition ( balls missing and the cloth is torn and dirty ). Table tennis table is also broken. They also have a trampoline which barely holds and springs are missing. Open Air Bar is good and view from the balcony is decent. Staff is reasonably friendly.

Worst stay never ever stay here. They have more than restrictions. No music you can play with your wish. No drinks allowed. Food quality worst Staff not behaved good they have very rude. Rooms are in worst condition

We were group of 04Women along with 2 Kids, Hotel location is good there is market area where you can buy stuff. Mall road is approx 3kms from this property you can hire a cab to go there and in return you can walk up to till property. Property is well maintained, Lovely Garden. They have kids zone also which is cherry on cake. If you are looking for kids entertainment you can go for this place. Staff is helpful, Food is tasty, Service is prompt, We loved out 02day stay. They offered us garden room which is wonderful. Sanju served us during our stay he seems very polite and helpful. Mr Kamlesh Thakur also helped us during our stay. Overall the stay was good and memorable. Only one thing which i feel to work on Check out timings since its very early but you request hotel staff if anything available they will let you stay there. But property seems fully booked on weekends.

We went kasauli for the first time and had stayed there. We had booked it online for 2 nights but extended it for the 3rd after getting good and relaxing vibes. I am confused from where should I start...... When we reached - found the location was good, can be found easily through google map, reception staff was very polite, house keeping staff was too efficient and polite. All the things got settled down and then we went down to there open area to have something to eat. We had ordered snacks and the taste was good. Found there restaurant staff good and polite. We have a small 14 months old kid. We have got daal, khichdi, aloo prantha of perfect taste that can be given to my lil one. No chilli, no extra oil, no extra salt.... Nothing, just perfect. Even I had given them porridge powder to prepare porridge and again ultimate with perfection. SPECIAL THANKS TO THEIR CHEF AND OTHER BOYS WHO SERVE FOOD FOR MKAING MY LIL ONE'S TRIP SMOOTH AND COMFORTABLE WITH HOME TASTE FOOD I have bothered them much but they didn't complain me for anything and nothing denied by them..... Met there owner in the premises and she is a nice person but a humble request to plz update rooms with few things so that I can give them all 5 stars next time coz I want to stay with them whenever would be there again in kasauli.

Staff was courteous. Rooms were ok but exterior was beautiful. You can enjoy evening and morning in gardens and play area. Food was ok not too much variety. Overall stay was good.
